They provide a kettle but no coffee sachets. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast so a room coffee sachet would have been a great addition.

Rooms and bathrooms could be cleaner. We also had a cockroach in the first one but we were able to switch.

Great contact with the hotel staff. We booked a tour with them which I can definitely recommend. The hotel itself is modern and definitely different when it comes to the buildings in the area. The room was nice with a balcony. We had a comfy bed and a clean bathroom. There are a few cafes and restaurants near by.

The city itself was a bit empty, I recommend to stay in phong nha if you are going for the cave tours. The dog from the neighbors was a bit agressive and almost bit another guest

Room was small, floor was not very clean. The bedsheet or the blanket was poor quality which causes a lot of static electricity, it was quite unconfortable.

Located near the river, in a very calm street. The guy at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. I thought i lost my ring, he went through security camera footages without me asking. Caves tours could be also easily booked via hotel, the price was very fair.

We didn’t have any hot water in the shower

The staff here were really friendly and allowed us to keep our bags with them all day until our night train. We also rented a scooter from them from the day for a good price. The location is close to some nice places to eat and the facilities were basic but just what we needed for a 1 night stop over.

The room is a bit small but overall - it is a very cute place to stay.

The Nest has a great location in the centre of the city - everything is walkable. The Host was extremely nice and helped us checkin at 1 am. We were nervous about reaching the hotel at night but the host downloaded whatsapp so we can communicate with him and arrange for taxi in case of emergency.

I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness of the place. The shower looked like it was last cleaned a week ago (glass was very dirty, found hair and a used qtip), and also the floor and shelves in the room weren’t clean. I felt comfortable on the bed which was the most important part, but overall cleanliness should be improved. The faucet was broken as well.

The bed was very comfortable - very nice and clean sheets. The style of the hotel and rooms is really nice, also the lobby with a little pond and koi fish. The guy at the reception didn’t speak much, but was very helpful. There’s also a rooftop where you can have drinks - that has potential if better organized.

The plug in the sink was stuck and the water pressure in the shower was very low. The beds are quite hard.

The room was big and clean. It is a modern hotel. For the price, the rooms are decent.
