No leisure area to sit and relax, perhaps they should use the top floor as the breakfast room and lounge. The noise from the adjoining hotels was annoying, very early morning and late at night. Double glazed windows might have helped.

Good position, priced well. We couldn't fault the staff, they were very helpful and welcoming. Came back from a full day exploring, and they would give you a cool drink. Even cakes one day. Thank you for a great stay. 😀

The man (sorry I can’t remember his name) at reception was so friendly, kind and approachable! It was nice to get tea on arrival and they let us check in slightly earlier. He also helped with a car to the airport for cheaper than Grab. The rooms were incredible, one of our favourite in Vietnam and we didn’t have any problems with noise like other reviews. We also loved the option to have breakfast in the room - you can choose from waffles, toast or yoghurt and oats.

Given there is no AC, a sheet on the bed would be great as the duvet can get very warm. But opening the window can mean mosquitos.

Look no further!! Wonderful hotel. Lovely garden at front, hotel has such a welcoming and calming vibe with beautiful smelling star anise and cinnamon sticks and pine cones in bowls. Lovely and cleverly designed building with huge front door and stairs in bronze metal. Tasteful and chic but not expensive. Extreme friendly helpful staff and delicious breakfasts served downstairs or in bed room. We had early access to room which was much appreciated. Spacious toom and bathroom . So glad we found and highly recommended.

Loved this hotel for the 3 nights we were in Da Lat. everyday the room is cleaned by lovely staff and water is filled and towels have been changed. The staff are always ready to help you and are always happy to have a chat and see how you’re going. Would highly recommend!

The bathroom was really nice but the ventilation was poor. The temperature of the shower was impossible to get right, either freezing cold or boiling hot. Also you could hear a lot of outside noise and other guests when in your room.

The man working there was really good and helpful at all times. He helped with booking us an airport transfer at a much better price than grab. And he advised on local things to do. We particularly liked the option to have breakfast in the room also

This is a proper boutique hotel, even by western standards - bags of character and style with great facilities from aesthetically pleasing entrance/foyer with distressed metal and lush green plants and flowers, to fabulous bathroom and bedroom with comfy beds and loads of hot water for the shower. It was quiet too and the breakfast was amazing. The hold love to stay again

I like everything here. Especially the receptionist there. He is very helpfull and kind. The hotel is in perfect place to walk around. The decor is beautiful. The room is super comfy and clean. Definitely will comeback for more.

The hotel is located on a hill, making it difficult for the elderly to walk up. Breakfast is mainly carbohydrates.
