I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The pool is incredibly spacious, perfect for a relaxing swim. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. I was especially impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff, particularly Thuận, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place

This hotel is the perfect place to unwind and connect with nature! With its abundance of greenery and natural surroundings, I felt like I was in a forest. I really like the staff here Quan, Gian, Yen, Tai, Thuan, Khanh. The friendly and attentive staff made my stay truly unforgettable.

The last night of our stay, our room no power! I have to walk to the reception to inform to staff! There was one staff came to fix it! He just opened the electricity box on the wall then he left! We thought he went to collect some equipments. We were waiting in the dark room for one hour still not being fixed. I have to go to the reception again! The reception staff said the staff went to our room early try to fix it however he thought no one in the room he cannot fix it! I really cannot understand the logic. This staff came to our room he even not knock the door. How he suppose to know if we are inside or not! This excuse we cannot accept it! I think they need to improve the service! Need to have their staffs trained! Also our last day, before we checked out we ordered buggy car to help us transfer our luggages to the reception. This staff asked for tips! I never experience this previous, I think the tip is what we are willing to give should not been asked for! It only happens one time, however I feel not comfortable!

The villa size is good also the view is amazing! Our villa is very close to the beach and restaurant! It has few swimming pools they all very clean. The beach has good view for sun set! Some of the staff are super friendly! They even remember my room number to drop us to our room. The reception staff is friendly always greeting to us! The food in the restaurant is good selections! Fresh made.

Built to be a five star resort a decade ago but needs a bit of a refurb in some areas. Small things: our room didn’t have a tv remote, phone intermittently didn’t work, only one bath towel provided. Room service food (pizza) was average. Very few people used the spa/massage/restaurant due to high prices

Well built resort. Spacious rooms. Private beach and large pool. Very nice staff. Kitchen was nice enough to recook our takeaway noodles and let us eat in the restaurant.

The dining menu was limited, a few more options would have been great, especially since the resort is a bit out of the way.

We booked a villa with pool view and the room was big, spacious, and well designed. It was comfortable and very clean. I had read some reviews about the resort being a bit run down and was worried, but it was totally worth it. One pool was not operational but other than that the resort was very well maintained and the seaside pool was really great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would have loved to stay longer if time permitted.

Phone on the room did not work and they didn't fix it. Restaurant is pretty expensive and nearby is not restaurants so not many options.

Breakfast was amazing. Gym was good aswell. If you want to have your vacation in one place, then it is perfect.

Hmm............ where to start? The food was so limited, not just for westerners, but even the Vietnamese food was limited. We checked out and found another hotel purely because the food was making us miserable. I tried a few things on the menu and it was all pretty awful. I am easy to please with food, so I feel for those who aren't! The room was a little tired and it could have been cleaner. This is s STUNNING property, and I feel like it needs new management to bring out its full potential. The water for the bath was not warm enough. so it wasn't quite the experience I had hoped. The toilet was blocked twice... lucky my husband was able to fix it. The location was so isolated, and there wasn't much nearby. Which is why I was amazed at how poor the food was. If I had been stuck in the resort for a week, I would have been fuming. One night's stay was enough for us to enjoy the good parts and then leave!

This is an amazing property with SO much potential, but it needs a lot of love and help to improve it. I booked the family sized ocean room with an incredible corner balcony facing the pool and the sea. We spent a lot of time on the balcony loungers and had food ordered to the room without leaving the suite for almost 24 hours. The bath in the middle of the room was pretty cool, and waking up to the sound of the ocean was incredible. The pool area was lovely, and the beach was very pretty and clean.

Lots of trash at the beach, we did some clean up ourselves and expected the staff to do so multiple times a day but they only did it for a certain part of the beach at the end of the day, so not the whole beach unfortunately. To see the beach so dirty was frustrating and sad. Would like the staff to be more trained in this regard. Also once the staff took our used towels and forgot to replace them so we had to call and request for new ones.

Loved the villa we stayed in, it was very spacious and had a nice layout! The beds were comfortable and the pool was amazing! Special shoutout to Tran Thanh Dien who was super kind and professional and who gave his best to make our stay as much enjoyable as possible, many thanks!!

There is no fridge in the room, the facility is a little bit old if you focus on detail, but overall is okay.

The cleaning staff weren't totally consistent when replacing towels and would sometimes forget; we couldn't get any extra water, and you only got two small bottles once a day. The gym is not well equipped, and some machinery is broken.

Excellent room; gorgeous private beach and pool area; nice spa; great breakfast; staff were nice; just super comfortable and easy to get in and out of the town.
