So glad we found this place! Our room was great, with a fantastic view of the riverside. It was nice to be just a little removed from the old town crowds, but still in easy 5 minute walking distance. Breakfasts are nice, and the staff are attentive and efficient. Nice bathroom, great shower. Room has a good layout, with space for luggage, good lighting, ample electrical outlets. The fridge is nice, we would have also liked an in-room safe.

Perfect!

The front desk/owner is very friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable of the area! They offer a lot of different services. The shower is very hot and the pressure is amazing! The location is a tad bit far from the old city and the night market but still located well for amazing food (they have free bikes as well if you prefer). The location however is very peaceful and quiet.

The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options. The staff was very helpful and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

I would not change anything except making the days longer to enjoy!

Everything I would want in a hotel plus more. Stayed 3 weeks and next year it will be a month which shows how incredible this place is. Staff always helping, clean rooms, great smelling towels!!!!! Bottled water and bikes always available. Breakfast offered several choices of hot foods and fruits. So close to Old Town for people watching, tons of cafes and watching the unique lantern boats at night. Staff went out of their way to help print some documents I needed. Room very quiet as street noise or people next door were rarely heard. Best choice on the river with its sunset and sunrise views.

Fantastic hotel. Best location to old town, super friendly-helpful staff, very clean room, lots of choices for breakfast, free bicycle always available, and beautiful lounge area with sparkling pool. Very affordable price. Have shared with many future traveling friends and will come back next year. Stayed 3 weeks.

The room didn't have much natural lighting but that isn't really much of an issue.

This hotel is an amazing budget hotel! The location was great as it was only a seven walk into the old town and the view from the hotel was very nice. The staff were very sweet and offered to give us a room with a view. They also have free bikes that we loved using.

This place is fine and good value, but nothing is outstanding.

We had two different rooms. One had excellent views. The other had no views unless the curtain across the glass door was pulled back. The "balcony" is a shared access to the rooms. During our stay there were often smokers sitting right outside our room. Both rooms were good value for money. The breakfast was "simple". The staff were helpful

Cable channels are all in Vietnamese so being a movie freak my evenings were reduced to reading. (Better choice anyway)

Helpful friendly staff, love the close location to old town, love my room which is spacious, super clean, nicely decorated, towels smell super great, and super quiet. Breakfast is fine and bikes are always available for free. Stayed over two weeks and will always come back here for my yearly trips.

Harsh bed

I like the location and the staff attention. The team has excellent recommendations for stuff to do in the day and night. Also, the hotel is close to old town, but not inside so we could sleep better 👌🏻
