The staff was fabulous. Especially for Tram ! The best stay we had in Vietnam , they showed us all the things we could do . The breakfast was worth the money and it was much quieter than the other hotels we experienced

Great view and great staff esp. Tram who made my stay very comfortable and catered to all my needs with an unflinching smile. She and the staff at Threeway are excellent representatives of Vietnamese hospitality. The location is at a walking distance from Old Town / Night Market (1-1.5 km) which means you can have a relatively quiet experience without being too far from the action. The room and property pictures were accurate and as advertised. Pro tip: Rent your bike from here. It is at par with the market rates in Hoi An. Use the cab service through the hotel, it is generally cheaper than Grab.

The bed was a bit creaky and felt like it was collapsing underneath us by the end of our stay. The other issue we had was the building works next door started at 7am every morning and once they started it was far too loud to get back to sleep, so that was not a pleasant thing to wake up to every morning.

The staff were brilliant, really welcoming and helpful with recommendations of things to do and places to get clothes tailored and go for food. The room was very comfortable, lovely bathroom and a nice view over the riverside. The villa is very close to the old town as well but far enough to not hear the music from the bars late at night.

I stayed here for 4 nights and I had a lovely time. The hotel is small and I liked that, Trâm and Hahn at reception were friendly and really helpful. I booked an airport transfer with them and a day trip to Hue. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The location of the hotel is perfect, close enough to the center of town but away from the noise and with a beautiful view of the river.I really enjoyed my stay here and i’d book again if I am ever in Hoi-An, thank you so much!

The bikes are not in the best performance, but acceptable to do some streets

I like the location, breakfast and the room was amazing. Also, all the staff were really nice and Tram gave me a nice welcome! The views from the rooms are beautiful!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in while I was touring Southeast Asia. The staff was beyond friendly. In particular, Cham, one of the receptionist, convinced me to go on a tour to marble mountain when I originally was planning to do it by myself. The tour turned out to be great and I actually saved money by doing this way. I would definitely come back here again!

The staff at the hotel are the best thing, the two ladies at reception can’t do enough for you. They give recommendations on where to go and what to do in the area and always make conversation. The room was perfect for our needs, great shower and great air conditioning. The pool was a perfect temperature and the pool area was well kept. Walking distance from the night market and old town and we would 100% pick this hotel if we were to return. Thank you

Very nice staff!! Very accomodating and kind. Good location and bikes to rent for free. 10 minute walk to old town. breakfast is quick, simple and delicious. They booked all tours for us and beers by the pool were cheap. Nice and quiet at night time.

Nothing it was a lovely base for a stay in Hoi An

We arrived drenched after a 3hr scooter ride and Tram and her staff were very welcoming and gave us tour and attraction information etc Lovely room orientation overlooking 2 waterways with a very small balcony and 2 chairs Push bikes available to borrow to cycle a very short distance to Old Town and beyond was really appreciated. Comfortable bed and great shower. We didn’t try the breakfast but seemed reasonably priced.

Great location, a short walk from the centre, making it convenient but quiet at night. We had a big room with nice views of the river. Everything was clean, there was a good breakfast, and best of all, attentive, lovely staff who made us feel at home.

This is now my favourite hotel to stay while in Hoi An so nothing to dislike.

The two ladies on reception made our stay happy and memorable. So friendly and helpful and genuinely interested in where we were from and how they could help to make our time in Hoi An enjoyable. Our room 210 was spacious and had a good view of the river. The walk in shower was huge and the water was hot! The bed was soft and comfortable. The breakfast you have to order the night before. One item per person. Perfectly cooked and served with fresh fruits, juice and filter coffee which I really liked. Also we could park our private scooter inside at night, nice and secure.
