Lovely place just outside the main area. Receptionist Cham was lovely and helped us book a driver from DaNang and back up for much cheaper than a grab ride. Would recommend. Great views from the balcony too so make sure to get a river view.

The staff were lovely and very attentive and caring to our every need. They helped arrange a car from Da Nang to Hoi An, they constantly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything.

Fabulous hotel. Perfectly located a quick 10 min walk from the tourist area and right on the river. Main tourist area is extremely busy so being just outside of it is the perfect place to be. Staff went above and beyond and were extremely lovely. They organized cars from and to Da Nang at lower rates than Grab. Rooms were big and clean and bright with river views. Will be staying here on all future to trips to Hoi An.

The staff were instrumental in making our stay a 10. Tram with her polite and professional manner and Hanh with her friendly and caring nature. All the staff were great. The bathroom in our room was beautiful, the view from the shared balcony pleasant.

My room faced the street with traffic, but it got quiet later in the evening. The pool doesn't invite for a swim.

Convenient location with a clean and comfortable room. The staff were super helpful, assisting with laundry, tourist information, motorbike rental, and basically everything I asked for.

No elevators , so a little difficult to reach the top floor with heavy luggage

Everything was great

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our visit in Vietnam. The rooms were clean, spacious and luxuriously looking. The pool was really cute and was a great touch for the experience. The staff were extremely polite, helpful and sweet.

Awesome place to stay and so close to the night market. Great water view from our room and patio. From the moment we arrived at airport, Hahn took care of all our needs. Best of all the staff was so friendly, welcoming and very helpful. She provided excellent service by booking discounted tours during our stay in Hoi An. She provided us many tips and suggestions on what to see, do and good places to eat. She went above and beyond, even after checking out of the hotel, she stay connected. She made sure we had transportation to Ba Na Hills and our hotel in Da Nang. Tram, the kitchen staff and the owner were real delight. Great place to stay and delicious breakfast. Will go again.

To improve, consider having a communal water dispenser downstairs for people to reuse bottles. Lots of hotels have these. I think lots of people prefer it than to have to restock with plastic bottles each day. It would be more convenient both for guests and for the cleaning staff, and also better for the environment.

Before arriving at the hotel I received friendly and helpful messages. When I got there, Tram gave me a nice welcome. Both she and Hanh were hospitable, proactive and full of advice throughout my stay. My room was very comfortable, spacious and immaculately clean. I liked the view over the river and the fact that it was bright with big windows. All of the furniture and fittings were in good condition. The location was good because it was outside the busy centre. This location suited me because I could walk or cycle along the river into the Old City, or to the rural areas or islands outside the town with less need to navigate the busier roads. It was so good to be able to use the free bicycles. It was a great stay and I was sad to leave. Thank you very much to all the team for your hard work in creating a memorable place to stay in Hoi An. I would recommend it.

Family feel, the staff looked after us so so well, we only stayed 4 nights and they got to know us all personally and there was nothing too much of an ask. The location is a 7 minute walk away from the old town, lantern boats and night market. Tham and Hanh on reception were the most friendly people we have met in Vietnam so far. We ended up extending our stay twice during our trip!

I loved the location with friendly staff. Hanh helped me a lot, she is very lovely. From check in I felt a warm welcome. The breakfast is prepared by staff each morning that will make your day a dream My stay was so cool, during the days I explored Hoi An I could return to a comfortable room and relaxing environment.

What a lovely hotel at the end of the night market. Free bikes to get around Old Town and staff was so lovely. Hotel was quiet and had a lovely peaceful view. A great little hotel for the price.

The location is actually really nice. It is right on the water and close enough to the ancient town that a short walk and you are there but far enough that it is quiet and peaceful.

Really good value for money. Only minutes to walk to city centre. Great help with booking activities. The pancakes for breakfast are very good. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant.

Good choice of breakfast from traditional to modern. Cooked fresh each morning. Great value all round. Location great, easy walk to the old town or nearby tailors. Staff are friendly and helpful asking each day how our day was. Tram was especially friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our chats with her.
