Music is loud between 7pm - 10pm. Social hostel though, understandable.

If you stay in the attic, the bathroom is two floors down. There's only 3 shower/toilets for everyone in the attic and the first floor -- but that said, I never had to wait to shower. Music is loud at night in the common area, but you don't hear it in the rooms.

Very social hostel in Da Lat, met lots of people. Great family dinner. Value for money is incredible, and the staff are super fun. If you're feeling quiet / sleepy though, this is not for you.

I usually never comment but I need to say that is probably the best hostel I stayed in. Very social so perfect as a solo traveler ! The view is stunning, the beds are comfy, the showers are clean. But the best thing about this hostel is the staff ! They are all so nice ! I was there on my birthday and they prepared a birthday cake for me, that was so sweet of them. Also the hostel organise a motorbike tour that is amazing and super authentic, perfect to discover Da Lat region. Last but not least, they organise family dinner every night so you can meet everyone and enjoy a nice Vietnamese meal.

Amazing friendly staff cannot fault them. They were so welcoming. Incredible views from the common areas and the dorm on the first floor. Bathrooms were clean. Family dinner was wholesome and breakfast was good. The motorbike tour around Dalat was the highlight of the stay here - a perfect blend of culture, history and nature, with excellent guides. Everything at this hostel was great value for money. Tigon the dog is also a sweetie.

The moment i arrive all of the staff welcomes me with open arms. They were so kind. I randomly got upgraded room which was super nice!! It came up that it was my birthday that day but i certainly didn’t expect anything. BUT later that night i start to hear happy birthday song and they came up to me with a birthday cake with candles and all🥹🥹 It was the sweetest thing ever and i still get emotional thinking about it. Thank you Kim and everybody from Tigon hostel❤️ Then we left to the Maze bar (includes transportation to there) which was so fun! I had the best birthday ever. Atmosphere in the hostel was social and good vibes only :) I loved the view from the social/breakfast area. This was for sure the best hostel where i’ve ever stayed in!! Will never forget🫶🏻

Maybe some more chill place would be great, but that’s just what it is! The hostel is designed for socializing and that’s how it’s advertised, so that’s fine.

The location is to far away from the centre of Da Lat (about half an hour walking). It makes the hostel a bit of an island.

Tigon Hostel is very well organised, clean & pleasant and offers a wide range of servises. It's also a great place to meet other backpackers. Hostel staff does a very good job to make it an place for (mainly) young backpackers.

Common area very small and very crowded. And, regarding the staff, there was one guy very rude. Sorry about this comment, but was very unconfotable everything with that person.

Confortable and clean beds. The most amazing thing is the view from the balcony and terrance. Most of the staff very nice.

The only thing I could say is about the location, that is a little bit far from the center

The staff was really friendly, fluent in English, and supported with activities around the area. They could book a bus for you at many destinations. The water had the best pressure that we found in Vietnam. They have an open kitchen and bar 24/7, with really good food. The view from the balcony is nice both day and night light. The beds are huge with individual fan.Locket for your belongings. I highly recommend that hostel. Since the next time.

I had such a nice time there! Thanks to everyone (and Kim in particular) for this experience. Best showers and best dorms I’ve ever slept in for a super cheap price. They even gave me a bigger bed without paying extra. Food is also really tasty, even though a little expansive. The staff works really hard to keep the place clean. Every night there is a family dinner and a free transfer to the maze bar. It’s true, the hostel has some rules that can feel a little restrictive sometimes (no shoes inside, luggage in the closets and not on the ground). Thanks to these rules though, the hostel stays way cleaner and tidier than pretty much any other I have seen.

it is a quiet place during the day, in the evening it gets quite crowded and has kind of a little party vibe (just until 22/23h), some guests are not so considerate anymore. If you book a bus ticket via the hostel they asked for double the price that a bus ticket costs at the bus station. They do not provide shampoo and shower gel, no problem, but good to know in advance:)

The view is just stunning and it is very relaxing during the day to chill there! The staff is very nice and friendly (even though a little stressed, because there is lots to do) and the hostel is by far the best-cleaned hostel i ever saw! The food was delicious! The staff provides family dinners and a pool table, which is a good way to get in contact with other people. There are books and travel guides to read, guitars to play.

I liked everything! Staff is MORE than Amazing and helpfull! This place provides everything that you need from renting a scooter to delicius food and awsome coffe, family dinner in the evening to make new friends and all the tour trips! Place has awsome view from the terace a really nice dog and some awsome fishes swimming in front for you to admire.

Nothing, it's all good.

Dinner at the hostel the last night, very good quality and cheap. Very young and nice dedicated team at the hostel. Cosmopolite place with nice backpackers. Very clean place, lots of showers, good equipment. Nice location and view. Good ambiance music. A must go for backpackers.
