The first room they put me in was next to the very loud walking street. The window to the outside was just blinds that were closed, not isolated against the noise of the street at all. Heard the people singing in the Karaoke bars as if they were standing in my room.

The food in the restaurant downstairs is surprisingly good. Management listens to complaints and makes changes quickly.

The hotel is next to a bar street. It makes the room noisy, on Saturday there was loud music until 4am. The hotel is combined with a cafe on the 1st floor, it can get crowded and sometimes people smoke there. The building looks tired. We stayed in room 401. The room is medium sized, not first fresh. At night we found bed bugs in our bed and 1 cockroach. The room does not feel safe (flimsy door) and cozy. It is not a hotel , it is a motel - based on the accommodations. We booked 2 nights here but because of the conditions and bed bugs we moved out after 1 night.

On the plus side: friendly staff (guy from reception), cafe downstairs (they cook normally, but the choice of free breakfast is poor).

Generally, I'd give a 9 out of 10. It was good however, I wish we could bring some food from outside like some chips and the like.

What you see is what you get. The staff were so kind and accommodating. The place was quiet at night and you can get a good night's sleep.

We bought a shoes one week ago and we forgot in the room. We checked out early morning and left our bags to the reception. Come back and bring the bags in evening time. They didn’t tell us something and when we asked them about shoes, they said that their housekeeper throw to the garbage because they think that it s no use shoes but i bought 1 week ago so it was in really good conditions. Also it takes 6 hours between check out and bring the backs. So don’t trust them because they didn’t throw to the garbage . They sold to second hand shop. So don’t trust them because you can lose your staff. It s kind a stealing.

The room. The toilet has a window that divides two toilets. The person on the other toilet could see me if they want to. Extremely uncomfortable.

The boss is very kind, the accommodation is secure, and dining is convenient. The location is in the bustling Van Mieu Old Street. Everyone at the hotel is fantastic! Hoping to stay here again next time I visit.

I used the laundry service, I had some red pants and so white ones, I specifically asked them to put them separately, and specifically said NO temperature. All my clothes (except the black) turned pink and got stained, and some of them even shrunk. I had put most of my clothes washing which meant almost all got ruined. They offered me compensation, but it will never replace the clothes and be enough to buy new ones. I was really upset especially because I was really careful and mentioned specifically what NOT to do

Everything in the hotel was okay until I used the laundry service. The bathroom has a open window, so is super hot and noisy, but the sound doesn’t enter into the room.

Excellent location, even though very near to Bui vien walking street, noise from the street didn't disturb our sleep. Stayed there for 19 nights. Staff were very cooperative and helpful. Hotel was always full during our stay.
