Budget hotel. Have to walk thru restaurant to get to hotel?? Bathroom door dodgy, not completely enclosed. No proper secure doors with 'real' locks. Very budget, but, if thats what you're after, its a great hotel. We wanted a little more upmarket, for $5-$10 more can get hotel around corner. We stayed one night & then moved, to different hotel - not the place for us.

Good location, friendly staff. Tony is a lovely fella. Clean rooms & good place if you are on a budget. By no means a bad hotel, just not what we were after. Breakfast was very good & incl in price👍

Wifi in the room didn't work. Surrounded voice and song nearby restaurant/bar was very noisy at night time.

Extremaly noisy at night. Music is coming from a street nearby till 4 am and it's impossible to get any sleep. Windows were covered with a foam mat for noise insulation, however it didn't help. As there is a mat on the window, the room has no natural light and no view. The balcony is not a real balcony you'd imagine - doesn't have floor, just a metal frame, very small, not possible to sit on. The room had a strong smell of sewage that wouldn't go away.

Nice staff, great restaurant downstairs with good breakfast, location close to everything, good interior design, wooden floor feels clean. Clean overall. Good price.

We paid for a balcony as a treat for space and comfort - and it is tiny but worst of all it opens to beer street. Loud dance music until 6am Fri-Sun. Its impossible to sleep then when you get to sleep other guests slam their door going out for the day. The bed creeks very loudly at the slightest of movement. We were so tired we slept through breakfast and it ruined our stay in Saigon. Staff werent fussed at all when I tried to move rooms saying they cannot.

The room is quite large. Nice soft towels,with a hot shower and great water pressure. There were toiletries, a fridge, cable tv, kettle.

Was quite noisy, but the worst thing was that our room has the shower and the toilet together. There was not even a glass to seperate them and as a result every time someone had a shower there were waters everywhere! This is not shown at booking photos and when we requested another room they claimed there was no availability.

Conveniently located at the start of the Bui Vien street. Could check in early as the room was already prepared. OK breakfast.

In the heart of Ho Chi Minh close to all the main sights, nestled on a quieter street. We had no problems sleeping. Bed very comfortable. Room furnished to a high standard. Staff very accomodating and friendly. Breakfast good!

Greta location and surprisingly quiet for where it was. the room had no window, but it didn’t bother us as it didn’t feel dark in the room when the light was on. the staff was really kind and accommodating. breakfast was simple and delicious. bed was comfortable. no complaints. overall great value.

Next to the hotel there is a disco and the loud music could be heard in the room until late at night. But I was there at the weekend, maybe it is different during the week. No room service.
