Booked this homestay because of previous reviews and location. The owners were a delight to deal with and made our stay even more special. You’re sitting in the middle of paradise while staying here. They took care of everything and make our visit exquisite.

It is located in a place of stunning natural beauty. If you love nature, you will feel privileged to be there. Naturally, this comes with some difficulty in getting there, but the accommodation’s services (bike and motorbike rentals) and the generally low taxi prices in Vietnam make it very easy to come and go. The family running the place is charming and extremely helpful. The food is spectacular. It is one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in—a little piece of paradise

Nothing really. Some other places might look cosier than this, but that's partly because of the newly built houses, which don't seem to fit in with the landscape, but it's not a factor to really complain about, it was a nice stay!

Highly recommended!!!!! The accommodation is in a beautiful quiet area with stunning natural surroundings! The value for money exceeded our expectations. The hosts responded immediately to any questions or requests and were very friendly and helpful.

We loved our time spent in Trang An Pristine View homestay - it's a little bit hard to get to but the scenery is gorgeous. The rooms are big and so is the bed which makes a nice change if you've been visiting cities. We ate breakfast and dinner at the homestay everyday - there's a great little restaurant onsite and the staff are lovely. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

It would be easier to shower and keep the water from splashing on the towel rack and toilet bowl if they installed a railing with a shower curtain in the bathroom.

The view from the room is really gorgeous. Breakfast is included and served in the room so you can eat as you enjoy the view. You can also order from their pretty extensive menu for other meals too. The room was a nice size and beds were comfortable. The host’s daughter spoke English well and we communicated via Whatsapp to order food and she was able to help us arrange tours and book a car back to Hanoi airport too. We took a Grab to Ninh Binh from Hanoi and paid more.

The accommodation is in a fantastic location. I absolutely recommend it for those who like places close to nature. The room is clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The internet connection is excellent. The host family is very nice and helpful. By the way, they prepare excellent food. A real Vietnamese feeling to spend a few days here.

Everything was great!

This was one of the best accommodations I’ve ever had! First of all I cannot be more fascinated with the location. The views from the first walk towards it are scorched into my memory, this homestay is surrounded by some of the most magnificent landscapes I have ever seen, it is a bit off the beaten track so we probably would not have seen it if we were located elsewhere. I am immensely grateful we got to experience views like these. Now let me talk about the service, it was unbelievably good. The host family is incredibly kind and helpful and made sure we felt comfortable at all times. The hostess even kindly helped us fix a problem that we (stupidly) had created. The room was big, super super clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was great as well, you can tell they really put their all on the cleanliness. The views from the room and breakfast terrace were beautiful. They also provide a bicycle and motorcycle rental service, laundry, and car pick up rental service. The food was absolutely delicious, easily the best we had in Ninh Binh. They have MANY delicious vegan and vegetarian options!!!! The breakfast is included and we could not recommend more both of the rice porridges. The tea is absolutely perfection and positively addicting and the coffee is rich and fragrant. We also had dinner both days and everything was delicious, comforting and homemade. Fresh fruit was served with every course. In this aspect its super worth it to be a bit far from the village, because you don’t even need to be close to restaurants as I assure you they don’t have options as good as this. Overall I could not recommend this place enough, it is absolutely lovely, perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay, the price/quality relation is insane and I wish this family the best of luck on their business.

If you are traveling with someone I think it’s a great accommodation, very calm and lots of nature just outside. The food was very good with lots of vegetarian options. The owner was very friendly and kind.

Location of the homestay is excellent with beautiful views of Trang An mountains. The facilities are clean, room is spacious with very comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful, they rented motorbike to us and helped us with booking of the transfer to Hanoi.

The sounds of the construction of the new house. The noise of the dreadful Karaoke nearby, it spoiled the serenity of the place. Say NO to Karaoke. Outlaw them !!!! The huge spider in my room. 🤦🏻

The location is great for the scenery , for peace and quiet away from the tourist crowd. The view from the room. The friendly owners and staff. A great place to stay, as long as you have a scooter or a car. The heater that I borrowed 🙏🏻 The quietness in the early evening was divine.

I loved everything, but if you don't like waking up early, bring some earplugs, as you may hear some construction or chickens in the morning.

Amazing location! The homestay is in one of the prettiest places in Trang An. Clean, good shower, working AC, possible to rent bikes for a low price. The breakfast was good. The hosts were very kind and also offered to help arrange further transportation. A simple, basic accommodation for nature-lovers who want privacy and peace and don't like noisy hostels. Very close to the Trang An boating station. I highly reccommend it.

They are in the process of expanding and will be done in a month. To that point, there was a lot of construction and they have not completed the landscaping. It is a farm stay, which was fine with us.

We had a relaxing 3-day stay at Pristine View homestay (there was some construction during our stay but it didn't disturb us much). The hosts provided pick up/ drop off service from/to the bus station, cooked us delicious dinners, we could rent a motorbike for our day trips and offered us a late check out on our departure day as we had a late bus to catch to our next destination. The room was huge and the bed was comfortable. The A/C worked well. The homestay is located in a tranquil environment at the bottom of a hill. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxed stay in Ninh Binh.

Maybe the comfort of the common space could be improved but it was what we expected according to photos and description. The rest was peaceful and exactly what we were looking for.

Location in beautiful landscape; kindness and helpfulness of the owners; food was delicious, some of the best we've had in Vietnam. They also helped us to book a taxi at a reasonable price, organised motorbike rental from the homestay and even allowed us to order food in advance by text message !

I am gonna say that it exceed my expectation. Outside seems like normal home, but the bathroom, the room and all facilities are super clean and fantastic! They also available to rent motorbike with just 120k VND. They also allow us to pay after the check out. Behold yourself with the spectacular just 1 step away from your bed! You're gonna regret to spend to spent only 1 night. We should stay longer.

Power outage twice in one night. Very noisy local tourists next door.

Set back away from the roads. It was a tad like a trip back in time. Amazing views around, rooms clean, comfy, and spacious. Hosts so very helpful, bikes only 20k dong, food good. Weekends during summer months attract local tourists, so less availability and more noise.
