The mopeds/ motorcycles that block the entrance are a nuisance (but that’s everywhere in Vietnam!). It would have been nice if there was some seating for the pool, it did look like something was being constructed. But it’s a small suggestion.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location for town and restaurants. The nice beach past the wharf is about 15 mins walk. The family room was of an ok size, with balcony but very clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom with powerful hot shower. The rooftop pool was very clean and nice to cool down and let the kids splash around after a hot day plenty big enough for a small hotel, it was never crowded. Overall very happy with the choice and good value for money.

Really nice view from the room on the upper floors. The personnel is very helpful and the free airport pickup and drop off is very convenient. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed when we were there but the hotel location and quality was still worth it. The scooters for rent are good quality.

The hotel was very nice but the surrounding area was extremely noisy… there is broadcasting from loudspeakers that starts at 5 am nearby, and the cockerels start crowing before that, with some background support from the barking dogs. Not the hotels fault and all the other hotels in con Dao will have the same issue . The pool was a bit disappointing, there is no where to sit by the pool and relax.

The hotel is modern and very clean and well looked after. Airport transfer is included and you can rent a scooter very straightforwardly.The staff were helpful and the cleaners were amazing.

Great service, they may not speak perfect English but are really helpful and work perfect with google translate. You need a scooter they will get you one, just be careful, its not Europe, traffic regulations are a guidance.

The lighting in the room. The main lights were very bright, like an operating theatre. There were no bedside lights. The curtains allowed light leakage.

The pool is not really usable. It's so flat that it's almost impossible to swim. I think you could just sit in the water and relax but it was too cold for that during our stay because of the strong winds (that was in January). A small disadvantage: there is a public speaker a bit down the road that starts playing music at 5.30AM. I like to sleep with the window open, so this was my alarm clock. If you just keep the windows closed this shouldn't be a problem though.

The hotel looks exactly like in the pictures. Everything is well maintained and clean. The staff was exceptionally kind, both receptionists and cleaning staff. They spoke very good English and helped us with everything we needed. There is an open kitchen on the 5th floor that we used for cooking or preparing fresh fruit from the market (I think this once was the breakfast area). There is a nice sitting area on the 6th floor, both indoors and outdoors. You can see the sea from the terrace.

We loved the place, staff is so helpfull, everything is smooth with them. Location is great, near market, restaurants, but still quiet. Our double room was very confortable. Cleaning every day was perfect. Rental service for scooter was good too. The swiming pool is big enough, the kitchen in floor 5th very usefull. You have all to spend a great time in the hotel.

We stayed at Tuan Ninh Hotel for 3 days, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The price was reasonable, and they even gave us a free upgrade to a unit with a balcony that offered gorgeous views of the mountains! The hotel is centrally located on the island, making it easy to access nearby hotspots, including restaurants and the beach. Overall, this is a great bang for your buck in terms of location and excellent customer service!

Simply the best hotel in Vietnam in our 2 weeks journey. Big spacious room, modern and bright. Right in the center of the city. Very nice people at the reception, attentive and helpful, good English skills. They offered free laundry service, free airport transfer and brought fresh fruits every day into our room. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow, I am very rarely impressed by hotel services and quality for price, but this was just amazing from start to finish. Hotel is exactly as on the photos, staff is incredibly kind and professiona (the main receptionist speaks English)l, price includes airport transfer, and they offered us for free early check-in and increased our room standard (2 double beds instead of 2 single beds).

Excellent experience! It’s a new hotel with new facilities and equipment. Very clean. Nice furniture. Absolutely amazing staff who made our stay comfortable and pleasant. Welcome fruit and complimentary airport transfer were also very nice. We loved the rooftop pool and views. Great location - 15 mins walk or 3 mins drive to a nice beach (La Voi)
