Friendly and helpful staff - some speak well english, all others use a translator all. Free shuttle service that worked well. Simple motorbike rental. Well located on Con Dao. WIFI okay. Basically clean but please check the corners (e.g. behind the mirror were used shampoo packets of previous guest). Recommended

There are tables to eat your own food. It would be nice if they offered breakfast or had a cafe that offered snacks and food.

The staff were superb. They kindly upgraded us as I had not seen my son in a long time and we were meeting there for Christmas. We had fruit in our room on arrival and they had prepared a lovely personal note for our stay. It included great places to eat that could speak English and a list of places to visit on the island. The hotel has a pool on the top floor and you have superb views from the floor and the floor above. Anything you asked for, the staff would always try to sort for you. The hotel provides a free airport pick up and drop off by minivan, which is a superb extra. The hotel is in a central position to visit all attractions and the 2 beaches in this area. I will definitely return here again.

Service was REALLY good! Despite the language barrier sometimes, everything worked out really well and the staff helped us out in all kinds of things, such as scooters, boat tickets, laundry service etc. The hotel was clean and the location good. Good value for reasonable price. High recommendation for the hotel in this lovely island!

There’s a pool on the roof which is ok for a quick dip but the layout is awkward so you couldn’t really use the (two) sun loungers unless there’s no one else around. Be aware you can only pay by cash (or by bank transfer for Vietnamese guests).

Lovely 5 night stay at Tuấn Ninh Hotel 2. It’s new, very clean and in the centre of town. The hotel collected us from the ferry terminal and dropped us off at the airport when we were leaving. Comfortable room with a great shower. Fast Wi-Fi. One of the staff speaks good English. We rented motorbikes for 150k/day. No food/drink but lots of options nearby.

The pool didn’t have towels available, nor chairs around it. The room in the rooftop could be nicer/more complete (no ball for the ping pong table). Shower sprays all over the bathroom

It was too far from the beach. Also staff weren't friendly . This hotel is catered for Vetnamise people . Rooms are not sound proof as I couldn't sleep . Can hear people talking and shouting . I would not go this hotel again . Only good thing was that they provided free shuttle to the airport and drivers were excellent . I would deffinantly look for other hotels on the beach .

the beds were awful. way too firm. the hotel is new so things are nice now, but some of the finishing might not hold up as it ages. there is a loudspeaker that would blast a morning newscast directly towards my room every morning at 5:30 AM.

room was infested with ants the first day we got there, living in between the cracks of the desk. Told the staff and they cleaned the room again for us but by the next day the ants were in the bed, crawling in/on our bags. We were very diligent in throwing out garbage and not leaving food out. They offered to clean it each time.. never fixed the ant situation. Offered us 100,000 Dong off a night as compensation but for the amount you’re paying to stay, it’s not much. Shower was ice cold too… no hot water.

Hard to keep the shower water from going everywhere.

Good location for all the restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned well every day. Water bottles replaced every day. The room was very big and the balcony was lovely.

I am really satisfied with this trip. The hotel prepared me a room with 2 views of the whole city, my friend liked it very much. But I'm afraid of heights, so the hotel gave me 1 room on the lower floor which is still very nice, fortunately. The staff is very enthusiastic, English is not good but they still tried to show me the way.
