Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThe bed was uncomfortably hard and the outdoor shower was a trickle.
The gardens and grounds are beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Vietnam- They add 3.3% “service charge” on top of the price from booking. Eventhough it is minor but it is still a hidden cost afterward. - Shower using solar system but water pressure is very weak and it is not very warm. - Food at the hotel is ok not delicious and very expensive compare to local. We don’t have much choice as there is nothing to eat in the surrounding -The location is far from everything. Grab car will not come to pick us up we need to book a taxi (more expensive) -Mosquitoes!!! - The pool is so dirty We booked for 2 nights but left after the first night due to all the circumstances above
-Staffs are friendly. -They send us our clothing free of charge to Ho Chi Minh when we forgot them. -They gave us 385.000 vnd discount when we skip the second night due to dissapoinment eventhough they don’t have to

CanadaUnfortunately, there was a LOT of construction on the premises during our stay, the noise was never-ending. It was very difficult to relax, and the workers started making noise early (6 AM). The pool was closed too even though we were in July and many other places we've been to in Vietnam had pools we could use, so I'm not sure why they say it's closed because of rainy season. Disappointing to not be able to swim. Last but not least, we always ate there during our stay, and unfortunately, my GF felt stomach sick the day we left, and it lasted about 3 days after... So it probably came from something she ate there. The place is beautiful and the staff is very very friendly. If they can improve on their weaknesses, it would be worth what it costs, but not as it is right now.
This is a really nice place to stay in Can Tho, very beautiful and the staff was very friendly and super helpful. The outside bathroom is really amazing! There is a lot to like about this place.

AustraliaWe really loved this place. The place itself is beautiful with lovely gardens. The rooms are amazing with a really large and very clean “outdoor” bathroom (don’t worry, it is private, it just doesn’t have a roof in the middle kind of like a sky light, which means it was aired out, honestly the absolute nicest bathroom I’ve seen in almost a month in Vietnam). Everything was clean. Room service was great. All the staff were super helpful and enthusiastic. Especially thanks to Tam, he was super helpful with suggestions of authentic things for us to see by ourselves in the immediate area (without needing a tour) which we couldn’t find online. The boat tour was far more reasonably priced than others we saw in the area (700,000 vnd pp) and was a lovely tour. Tam also organised a sleeper bus to HCMC, including a free shuttle to pick us up from the lodge. As for the location, it was really great for us as it was quite far from Can Tho so it felt authentic and quite, however it was close enough to Can Tho and very close to a “big” town so we weren’t feeling too much in the middle of nowhere. (We had previously stayed in a very isolated area in the Mekong which, even though we like to avoid the beaten track, was just too much). The food was good, with vegetarian options. However it was a bit pricey, and there aren’t really other places to each in the area. We payed roughly 60-150 vnd a meal, more often closer to 150. They were really accomodating with our special requests for food that wasn’t on the menu — Tam even got us done bread especially. We saw they don’t have too many reviews, but the place is rather large and beautiful.
