great value for money, there are cheaper hotels nearby but this is in a very good condition. room is tidy and furniture is close to new, cleaning everyday

Just a few little things. No trash can in the bedroom so had nowhere to place my rubbish. Also I could only find one socket in the room which was in the middle of the bed! Great to have a kettle but could only use it by putting it on the bed to boil. Maybe there are more sockets but they were very well hidden if so!

Really great hotel, quiet, modern and clean. Many great Korean restaurants nearby. Pool was very nice on the rooftop - definitely choose to stay here again.

The A/C in my room was old and inefficient, after informing the staff they made it function. However, the cleaning staff took out my keycard after cleaning while I was out and I came back to no A/C after a long hot day.

 I didn't like that the hotel had a strong smell of cigarette smoke in my bedroom, the lobby, and other areas. The bathroom drainage didn’t work well, and the bidet was not conveniently located. Additionally, the air conditioner seemed old and took a while to cool down the room.

 I liked the hotel’s location and that the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. It’s strategically located in the heart of Da Nang, with many food stores and shops nearby, especially the coffee shops. We loved their coconut coffee—it tasted really good and became our favorite! The breakfast buffet served daily is a plus factor too!

Need a way to power on while out so return to cool room. Marks on walls, and clean shower heads please.

I absolutely love this hotel it’s my favourite in Danang the beds are the comfiest, the facilities are great, the housekeeping staff are lovely they are extra quiet when my son is still sleeping, the reception staff are amazing especially Dieu she will go above and beyond, a special mention to Phung the door guy he really is lovely to my son treats him like his friend it really warms my heart thank you for always welcoming us like family

Only thing we didn’t like was the noise caused by other rude guests. The walls are quite thin and other guests on our floor were shouting and going between rooms at midnight. Not the hotels fault but something to consider.

Staff were very nice and the house keeping very prompt, we were very well looked after!

I absolutely love this hotel, I booked for two days and stayed for nearly 3 weeks, I am a woman on my own with my son, its very safe, its really clean with fresh towels, the beds are really comfy and always clean and made up, housekeeping everyday, Dieu the lady on the desk has been amazing and helped us whenever she can, the door guy always greets my son with a fist pump and a smile, I will always come back here such a great experience thanks so much

There were a few drawbacks in my room. The beds were positioned awkwardly, which made the layout feel a bit cramped. Additionally, the bed lamp was situated directly above the headboard, which was not ideal for reading in bed. I also found that the electrical outlets were somewhat hidden behind the bed, making it inconvenient to charge devices.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its location. Nestled in a vibrant area, it was within walking distance of local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it convenient for exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa. Not only did they offer a relaxing atmosphere, but I also received a discount for using their services, which made it an even better experience. The staff was attentive and the treatments were rejuvenating—definitely a must-try if you're looking to unwind! Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place for its great location and excellent spa offerings.

The cleaning needs to be improved. Cup watermarks on the tables. Towel with stains. The bathtub looks dirty, but it turns out it was just damaged.

It’s quite a big hotel so I found it felt quite empty and not traditional, but I knew this before I booked so my fault and it was perfect for 2 nights

Really good value for money, it is basic but has everything you could need and is on one of the main streets in da nang, about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach! Bed very comfortable too

You can hear the corridor so soundproof not the best. The shower gel bottle is placed near the sink also as a hand wash, but that means you need to open the shower door and pump the shower gel while showering lol

The room is big with all the necessary amenities that a hotel has. Around a 15 mins walk to the beach and 30 mins walk to the dragon bridge, so location is good. They have a garage for parking the bikes. For the price, definitely value for money.
