Everything was perfect in Victoria resort. We got a room update and stayed in a lovely and spacious house near the sea. Resort had a fantastic pool and private beach. Staff was really attentive and friendly, so was our bicycle tour guide. Breakfast had a lovely selection of Asian and European dishes.

Very Very small thing is that the private beaches aren't that private and you do get a lot of people not from the hotel on the beach in the evening. other than that, a fantastic stay.

This hotel is fantastic and one of the best i've ever stayed in. The staff are fantastic, the facilities they hvae with an amazing pool, two beaches either side and and fantastic large rooms, this really was an amazing stay. The hotel also provides a shuttle into Hoi An which only takes 10 mins but its super easy to get taxi's also. Really wonderful hotel and great value for money.

Our 4th stay at the Victoria in 9 years, nothing bad to say.

The rooms are beautifully appointed and comfortable, the staff are kind and attentive, the gardens and facilities are spectacular, the pool sublime. Great choices for Breakfast, outdoor dining and poolside for other meals and snacks a lot of fun.

Breakfast was of a high standard; buffet style with both local and international options. Pool was lovely and warm and stunning visually. The service from every single member of staff was outstanding; cheerful and helpful.

We liked the friendly helpful staff they were exceptional. My special dietary requirements were well catered for all of the staff had a good understanding of glute free diet.The beautiful foreshore location was amazing!!!

there could be a later evening shuttle

private beach and pool were gorgeous. staff was wonderful. we got an upgrade on our room and were steps from the beach. the shuttle into Hoi An and bike rental was great. the food was also really good.

More shuttle bus times would be helpful!

The staff were absolutely incredible - so friendly and helpful. From the lady who made our omelettes, to the breakfast staff, the man at the pool, the lobby staff… everyone went out of their way to be attentive and kind. We stayed with our 3 month old baby and we were given lots of help and support with her, as well as many lovely perks that made us feel very special. We will be back and recommending this hotel, for sure.

1) breakfast is not amazing, just ok - too much focus on (same as everywhere) Asian style buffet 2) food prices - for a local beer the hotel charges over VND 100,000 that's 500% of market price, egg fried rice is VND 250,000 that's also 500% of outside price - I understand higher hotel rates, if reasonable and justified by added value 3) only "homeopathic" room cleaning, especially in the bathroom 4) loud Air Condition in the room 5) limited kids' menu in the evening hours

Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast choice. Appreciated all the extra effort to provide the gluten free menu. Everyone went the extra mile to make our stay so memorable. We felt the whole property was very well maintained. The river trip was excellent and really worth doing. Worth doing the sailing too. was a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thank you.

I was not too fond of all the small plastic bottles, they give you a lot of small plastic as we know today with all have to be a concern for our planet and again instead of 4 small plastic bottles, a big one might be cheaper for them and better to recycle. Or a dispenser with cold water would even be better. The swimming pool water is too hot! when it is 38 degrees and you want to go for a swim, it is like taking a bath, not refreshing at all. But I might be too difficult on that one. I understand in some hot countries you are victims of the sun warming the pool, but there's a way to cover one part of the pool with the tree to make it less warm. You have to be aware you always have to take a taxi to go to the center that's +_ 15 minutes drive. The hotel has a shuttle but only 3 times per day, I never used it as it was never the best time for me. Anyway, a taxi is easy and inexpensive, but it did happen that we need it to wait 5 to 10 minutes to have one when it was rush hour.

To be in front of the beach and to have a very large bedroom. The staff are nice and polite and smiling.

Small issue - the breakfast was good but the menu should have more choices every day, otherwise we end up eating the same things every time. Bacon was not crispy..sorry..

Rooms are extremely clean and the staff well trained especially Mr Thun at the reception. Thanks Mr Thun for your briefing and local tips. Pillows and bed are very comfortable and we love the delicious chocolate bars in the room every evening. We had a great time chilling by the pool bar and we think that the white rose is the best in Hoi An. Nothing compares to it. The beach was very private even though there are locals there enjoying themselves or fishing for snails/clams. All in all , a very enjoyable trip. We are glad we chose Victoria Hoi An and will choose it again next time.

Manicure wasn’t great and the wine was quite expensive (but it seems to be in Vietnam)

The staff are exceptional and the facilities are all great. We used the tennis courts, beach, games room and restaurant and everything was fantastic. They also booked us a private tour to My Son which was wonderful.
