Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandA little gem of a resort. Calm, peaceful, private beach bungalows or deluxe rooms (4 group together) near large infinity pool with floral explosions and aromas. Really clean beautiful beach, Great variety breakfast with nice coffee on request. Restaurant selection pretty good, western/viet dishes. Activities for kids (ball sports. Few km from Mui Ne town, low rise developments is great to see this has not turned into a concrete jungle. Our room was huge and one min to beach. They accommodated our late departure which was very much appreciated. Great value for 60$ a night. Will come back again.

IsraelWe had maintenance issues with the bath that took a while to fix. The outdoors shower may seem a romantic idea... but it's hard to take a shower and fight off mosquitos at the same time.. There was a family of cats roaming around the dining area during breakfast. I guess most guests didn't mind them, as long as they were not bothering anyone.
This was our second time in Victoria. We stayed in the middle of the week and the resort was quiet and peaceful. We had a garden view Bungalow. It was spacious and comfortable and a bit "old style" There are 2 large pools on both sides of the resort and we enjoyed spending time there The grounds are beautiful and well maintained with lots of flowers, trees and lawns. Breakfast was quite satisfactory, though I didn't enjoy the bread. The beach itself was nice and clean.

NetherlandsBungalows are clean but outdated, same goes for pool & bar area. For a 4 star, it could use an upgrade. Note, when you book a family bungalow, you only get a double bed. All additional beds (eg for kids) need to be booked & paid extra for. This should be more clear (family room = 4 beds)
Spacious resort with 2 pools and located at the beach. Nice breakfast. Nice extras like tennis and pony riding for kids.

AustraliaThe buffet breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety, the overall quality was ok but not exceptional. The selection changed daily and there was a good mix of western and Vietnamese style food. The overall place felt a bit rundown - it still had a majestic tropical vibe but could do with a bit of a refresh.
The beach was lovely but rocks were visible at low tide, security kept a watchful eye as soon as you entered the water making sure you didn't go in too deep :). The beach bungalows were a fantastic setup right on the beach with your own banana lounges outside and a lovely outdoor shower and generously proportioned room and bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the setting was very unique.

VietnamI was expecting a "Beach front villa" for 200USD+ a night but got a Villa at the edge of the resort with a "beach view" Breakfast was ok, but I would have expected more from this resort.. the bread and pastries were not fresh or tasty and espresso was not included in the breakfast menu and had to be paid for separately. The drink menu at the pool was very limited.
The room was quite large and comfortable. The resort was well maintained, very peaceful and quiet. The pool was very good, warm and clean. Luckily, it wasn't crowded when we stayed there. The beach itself was nice and clean and quite isolated

Vietnamrestaurant: the restaurant is quite spacious but the arrangement of tables & chairs is not efficient. Breakfast buffet is way too packed into just a small space in the middle of the restaurant. i went at 9am and could not find a table. Staffs suggested me to sit at any available seat (i.e. to sit with other family). in reality, staffs could be flexible by splitting tables as the most popular arrangement now is connecting 2 to 3 tables together for family of 4 to 8 people. management of Victoria could consider reading the Psychology of space!

United KingdomThere were a couple small lizards in the room but they didn't bother us at all. Just staying it for expectations don't let this put you off. Water bottles in the room were expensive so I would recommend the hotel to reduce the price of the beverage overall.
Everything was absolutely incredible. Great service, great beach, totally engrained with nature. The rooms are super clean and I love the shower. Breakfast and food were delicious. I would come back 100%

United KingdomThe food could do with a bit more seasoning. Also it's better to walk along the beach to get in the sea as it's quite rocky the sea by the bungalows.
We absolutely loved this resort. We had a beachfront bungalow (definitely treat yourself to this) so we could get room service to our terrace and have wine with the sounds of the sea. The staff were very kind and helpful. Also the bathroom is INCREDIBLE. There is an outdoor shower and huge indoor bathroom as well. We also made the most of the spa, again you can listen to the sounds of the sea as you are being massaged. It is such a relaxing and beautiful place.

LatviaI genuinely have nothing negative to say about experience.
My stay at Victoria Phan Thiet Resort was wonderful. Rarely do I give a 10, but this stay surpassed my expectations, especially considering the price. Right from the start, the hotel elevated our experience by upgrading our room to an ocean-view bungalow just steps away from the sea. In our stay the private beach felt genuinely private, like our own secluded haven, aside from the attentive hotel staff. While the bungalow was simple with traditional furnishings, it had everything we needed, and the outdoor shower was a great touch. The tennis court and pools were enjoyable, and the limited number of guests and spacious territory created a pleasantly private atmosphere. The hotel restaurant impressed with great food, cocktails, and outstanding service—polite and professional. Breakfast was tasty and also accommodated vegetarians. Despite the remote location, other restaurants were within reach, and calling a taxi was never a problem. Room service went above and beyond, leaving us a bedtime story and sweets each night—a thoughtful touch.

United Kingdom1) single bed is tiny (not comfy ) ; 2) hotel is out of town and isolated ( no close shops or restaurants) 3) it's is impossible to swim ( as waves are too strong) 4)all food in restaurant is too spicy ( including breakfast option) even you asked for non- spicy dishes , water in room is too expensive ; 5) Difficult to communicate in English with some staff ( especially with young lady at the reception) 6) hotels are allowed non-residents to busy a day pass for gym and swimming pool ( so it can be overcrowded )
beautiful garden, 2 fab swimming pools, good size " bungalow" room ( as all bungalows are not a separate buildings) , fab bathroom
