Staff could be friendly. They didn't seem to care about anything. Even if you need assistance with anything, they aren't that responsive. A friend fell ill during the tour and we wanted some assistance, but we had to figure things out on our own.

Good stay in Meo Vac. Not many options in this area that are affordable for backpackers. Met the expectations. Didn't exceed though.

As the rooms have very big beds one was enough for the 4 of us, luckily we could still cancel the other room. Service was good, Nice view at the top.

Bathroom was fine but only one bathroom for a whole floor could be an issue if the whole dorm is full. Also breakfast was very early wish there was a larger range of time.

Some of the pancakes in the morning were served a little cold, but it wasn't too big an issue. The rooms could have been a little cleaner as we found some hair on the floor. Also would benefit from some dimmer lighting options. Only one room we booked actually had a small balcony/terrace. There was an electrical issue with the switch for the shower heater but it was resolved very quickly as we were moved to another room. Overall, a decent stay during the loop trip.

Beds were nice and big and the rooms were spacious. Staff helped us move rooms quickly when there was an issue with the shower heater in one room. We had a good rest here on our stop off during the Ha Giang loop and it's in a convenient location in the town. Good gated parking space for motorbikes!

Not enough toilets and bathrooms if the hostel’s full, the water in the shower was not hot enough and the bathroom drain was a bit clogged. The city itself was quiet and there’s not much to do.

Nice location in the city center, the beds were clean and comfortable, the host was very polite, helpful and got us new slippers when there’s not enough for everybody.

It was quiet of a nighttime. Comfortable mattress. Staff was polite,helpful and had a good command of English. Helped me organise a local bus back to Ha giang. Pool table was fun. Bfast was good. (Had to pay for coffee )

-bathroom and toilet not separated -room size is more squeezy as they put 2 queen size beds in the room -the big rubbish bin inside the toilet area was not cleared from previous guests, full of rubbish. -breakfast simple, just noodles with egg on top -don't know if i trusted the cleanliness of the bed sheets etc...even the bathroom was not really clean clean, still water on surface as we checked in at night...and looked a little rusty but that's because there's no air circulation in there. -body towels...they were a little stained. -plugs were located high on the wall which was a bit strange in design

-bed was not bad in terms of comfortability. not too hard and not too soft. -they had those little packets of shampoo and they had hand wash. -hot water shower -airconditioning

The bed was very hard and the neighborhood was very loud. We tried to get to sleep early for an early start the next day, but were kept awake by neighbors doing karaoke which shook the walls of our room due to the volume. The bathroom smelled like backed up waste, but wasn't bad when the door was kept closed.

Easy check in when we arrived in early afternoon on our first day of the loop. Nice walk to restaurants on the main street. We had our own room and bathroom, both were clean.
