We booked two apartments and the one apartment (number 8 was decent) however, the other apartment was extremely cold and the heater was not working. There was also a very bad smell inside the apartment. The electric blanket provided did not work. There was no hot water, despite there being a geyser inside the apartment. It was generally a very unpleasant experience

The staff was very nice. We were allowed to check out late without an extra fee, which we appreciated since we had to attend to work commitments and could not do so with our luggage in our possessions.

The bed was not comfortable. The towels were not clean. The TV stations were bad. Lot of noise from other rooms, I did not sleep at all on my last day, and I had to drove above 900 km.

Noise levels at night, light coming in to main bedroom from outside, light coming in from frosted glass panel in front door, parking space small for bakkie.

the heater is not enough the property is cold inside at night

the location is fine the heater is too little for the space of the flat and the heat blanket not working its too cold during winter but otherwise the cleaners of the place is good

The location isn’t safe as I initially learned from all my uber drivers, the hospital staff when they learned where I was staying and then witnessed myself on the weekend nights I was there. Screaming, drunk people right outside my bedroom and no security staff on site. It was not safe enough for me to even go to the security gate in the evening to collect a delivered pizza. I checked out early and lost 2 nights that I paid for. No decent response from management.

This place was absolutely terrible. Cockroaches in the passages. I booked an urgent stay because my brother needed emergency surgery and this place was in walking distance. When I asked whether I could check out before the intended check out date, I received a firm NO. Absolutely no empathy. And the area was NOT SAFE for a solo female.

we only had one towel for two people, the cutlery and the dishes weren’t really clean, there was no dish soap and there was a really bright light in front of the bedroom window that was on all night and the blinds did not close all the way

1.The location. 2.Being without electricity since we arrived, and it wasn't loadshedding. It was a cable fault at the property .some of the apartments had electricity and some didn't .My husband had to help sort out the problem.

The owner can be a bit nice , train cleaners not to make noise in the morning. Clean the place, change the old uncomfortable couch. Bathroom is falling apart. The place is in town,the surounding very scary. Wifi horrible, no dstv as advertised.

We were a party of three and only two towel were supplied that were used from Wednesday to Sunday when we checked out. They also supplied only two toilet papers for the duration not to mention that the room was never cleaned even on Thursday which was a working day.
