The one/two person rooms you share a door.(closed)with one other room. so you can hear most things from the other room.

Nothing really - I always like to have 'real' coffee, but nescafe was acceptable. I did find the sink in bathroom rather high - might be good to have step for those 150 cm guests :)

Staff helpful. Room was very big as was bathroom and shower and bath worked well with good pressure. Kettle and fridge in room and mini bar if want. Safe parking and quiet area. Room was quiet too and great blackout curtains. Good TV and aircon and hairdryer.

There is nothing not to like. Although a pool in the long run would make this place heaven on earth. But, no complaints! I loved it! 😻

I had the most wonderful stay at 37 on Anderson! From the moment I arrived, Bonita at reception was an absolute gem - so kind and always going the extra mile to make sure guests are happy. 💛 My room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and I loved the little details - like the mini fridge stocked with snacks (which you can pay for at checkout) and the hairdryer for convenience. The safety deposit box was a great touch too! But my favorite part? The bathtub! 🛁 It’s so hard to find hotels/BnB’s with a tub (and clean ones at that), and honestly, after a long day, nothing beats a relaxing soak. The indoor and outdoor seating areas are also perfect for unwinding. The breakfast was amazing - healthy, fresh, and exactly what I needed! I usually wake up feeling lightheaded, but their breakfast fixed me right up. The self-check-in option made everything so smooth and private, and the location is both safe and convenient. Plus, for the price, it’s an affordable gem - I stayed here for three days after my lease ended, and it was totally worth it. In my heart I wished I could stay longer because of how lovely it’s been. I’m definitely coming back! Highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. ✨
