Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaJust a heads up in case it's important to you. Through no fault of the guesthouse, the network is terrible there. MTN has no signal, I switched over to my Telkom sim and still struggled. So you will struggle with your streaming services/internet requirements.
Huge room, Aircon, DSTV supersport available. Friendly staff. The place is beautiful.

The breakfast was good we requested the breakfast to be packaged because we were going to a funeral it was done on time packaged neatly. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The place was neat, smells nicely everything was on point.

South AfricaLocation was bad. Very steep driveway Very close to a rail mainline - a number of trains throughout the night and early morning. No hot water in the morning. Breakfast was inadequate and limited. Rooms are not soundproof. Rooster crowed from very early. One plug point for kettle and fridge. Windows were welded shut.
The bed was comfortable. Sufficient cupboard space. Bathroom was clean. Bar fridge was provided.

South AfricaTheir beds are to soft, they offer a washing and ironing service which was not up to standard. On our 1st night the toilet was loose and nearly flooded the room so are the basins as well. The maintenance team was called in and they returned the following day to repair it or so we were left to believe but this was still not fixed. It was only after I gave them 3 x choices it was only after this that they relocated us to another room.

South AfricaThe premises is not in the best location, especially to get to it at night. It's up on a hill, the very last house at end of the road and surrounded by a bushy field of wild vegetation and weeds. The gate motor to the premises didn't work, so u had to open and close the heavy sliding gate yourself even at night which was unsafe and inconvenient. My wife had to do it while i sat behind the wheel since i was driving. Quite worrying at 23h30. The premises outside is a basic house and when u arrive is not as pleasing as the inside of the house as the rooms portrayed in the photos. To enter the main house, u have a common key, with a Yale lock. When we got back from our function at around 23h30, we could not open the main Yale as some other guest locked it from the inside. Luckily our elder son was already in his room an hour before us so we phoned him to come to open the front door. Other guests strangely rated the breakfast very high as we read prior to booking this place, but for our stay, it was a simple breakfast and it was served warm to cold. U don't get asked how u like your eggs done. Also the baked beans was cold and "raw" so opened straight from the can and served. Bit disappointing, I felt other guests over rated the breakfasts in their reviews. Rooms are close and u hear other guests conversation and when they having the breakfasts if they early up on breakfast if u still asleep.
