It was so quite and peaceful. Loved how private the lodges are. Our cars parked in the shade😊 The swimming pool was clean and warmer in the evening, we enjoyed swimming at night. Absolutely loved the lights in case of Loadshedding. That was very thoughtful.

Water temperature out of shower. Couldn't get the right balance, was either way too hot or cold.

We loved the cabin style accommodation, peaceful location and comfortable room. Plenty of windows to open, and well-dressed with blinds and curtains so we could make the room nice and dark at night. Only complaint was the water temperature from the shower very difficult to control. Great balcony with a view out onto the marsh lands and lagoon behind. We were only here for one night and the weather was wet so we didn't do any activities other than drive out for dinner and drive to the headland to see the view in the morning (stunning). Both only a short drive away. The pool was a nice bonus for a quick dip in too. We would definitely recommend this place to others, better value than most air bnbs in the area.

Only thing I missed was aircon on the hot days, I know the previous smaller unit I stayed in had aircon and we really missed it this time

We missed having something to make real coffee. The fan was noisy.

Really comfortable and spacious cottage with good view across the lagoon. . Great shower with boiling hot water. Well equipped. Good location for the waterfront and islands. Catered well for load shedding. Room cleaned daily.

The beds in both unit 6 and 8 were a bit hard. We kindly suggest new mattresses so that we can be back again.

What a lovely location. Very peaceful and quiet so we could unwind and really destress. Stunning views of the lagoon and mountains made it memorable. The sunsets were particularly beautiful from the balcony. Clean, well equipped, neat, beautiful, well built log cabins. Sparkling, clean swimming pool and lush well maintained gardens. Staff was friendly, super helpful and informative. We liked it so much that we extended our stay by an extra night. Thank you James.

Although the view is great, the immediate area is not that great and the unit therefore quite expensive compared to other similar units in the same area. I probably left my jacket in the room, and when calling afterwards to esquire if they have it, the answers I got was just "Nothing was handed in". Not "we will check for you sir", or "I will ask the cleaning team if they found it" - no additional effort to try and assist me.

Good location, great view, well equipped unit. There are two bathrooms which is great, and the unit can be expanded to a 6 or 8 sleeper by renting the adjacent rooms as well. Good parking under the unit.

The only suggestion would be to have plug points at the side of the beds and maybe more candles or additional candles for load shedding.

Beautiful view, our room had everything we needed from an aircon to a safe, I thought it was a very well equipped place with all the amenities you would need. Our room was cleaned everyday and it was such a pleasure to come back to a relaxing environment and enjoy a glass on wine on the balcony with a gorgeous view! I will definitely come back, the value for money was unbeatable. Highly recommended.

It's value for money. It looks exactly how it appears on the pictures. It's clean, the privacy is amazing. And it's a home away from home. We will be coming back again!
