My tv and fan didn't work.remotes was a problem. Need more cutlery in rondavel.no egg lifter or braai utensils or gloves to use oven.

I liked that we could upgrade on the spot, flexibility. I didn't like that there was no hand towel, no towel to dry the dishes, no sponge to wash the dishes, I had to hand in the remotes at the reception, I had to sign to receive a garbage bag, it's all to prevent people to steal stuff because it's focused on hosting public from disadvantaged communities. I didn't experience all this at most other accommodations

the undercover pool had no lighting and the pool's surrounds not too clean either(cigarette butts laying around). the outside pools and surrounds were cleaner. we had to have pizza for breakfast due to restaurant kitchen being painted. food for breakfast was not available to cook.

The unit only has one pan (sleeps 6), no sharp knives and a single tiny glass cutting board. In terms of preparing food for 5 people this was not well catered for.

The unit is spacious and clean, there is a warm pool within walking distance.

I just did not like the fact that I could not tag my hookah along as the braai area was perfect for chilling and smoking since I am not a cigarette smoker or much of a drinker. A few years back, one could still bring it along, but I guess rules change 7

The accommodation was neat and tidy and had a very nice smell upon entering the home. We loved the peacefulness as well as privacy since there were not 7 where we stayed. The braai area was perfectly located

My 79-year old mom tripped as she was exiting the warm swimming pool. The steps are too high for the elderly. A male guest helped my mom out of the warm swimming pool. She was too afraid to go swimming again. The steps into the indoor pool is also too high for her - and the machine that lowers people with disabilities into the pool, is broken. It would be very helpful if a ramp could go into the pools, so that the elderly and disabled can also make use of the swimming pools.

The 5-bed luxury cabin was lovely, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. The setting is beautiful!

Better maintenace should be done on pools I guess bcos the water at the top pool is clear but the sides are green and mossy.

we booked at the slanghoek villas .villa a is always a good experience. Views and facilities are lovely. Aircon and pool is a plus.

It was perfect for my family with teenage boys. They get to see there Goudini friends that also come annually for the holidays.

We were at Slanghoek villa and would have like for that small cars ( or whatever it's called) to uber me at a fee of course to the indoor pool and shop. Due my health issues I'm unable to walk more that a few steps.

Beautiful house and beautiful setting. Not overcrowded. Entertainment for my sons and grand daughter. Every thing was great. After 2 years I managed to go into the pool and swim on my last morning there. I'm definitely going back.

Location is wonderful and its a very relaxing holiday. I had one of the expensive slanghoek villas and i felt that the quality of the kitchenware like the cutting knives ,potatoe peeler ,cutting board could be improved upon.it is a self catering unit . Also 2 ply toilet paper should be put in those units instead of the flimsy 1ply. We stayed from friday to monday and they put 2 two bath towels in for your entire stay per room and only replace the hand towels. Facilities at the place are good and good activities and entertainment arranged

The place is a little outdated Thought it would have been a little more luxury because it's expensive n yes it's close to the pools but it could have had aircon in too. Overall. The place was really very nice n enjoyable. Great and close for the entertainment too.
