The distance you have to walk to pools

The place was very clean nice spot but the way to walk to pools are very difficult especially with a disability can do with transport for chalet to pools and back

I would have loved a place to exercise. The shower head was small and too high up to adjust. They have very struct rules. No music was a bit drastic.

I loved the hot baths. Different heat levels for the different pools is great. All the pools are clean. The chalet was clean and have been upgraded from last time I was there. Would go again.

The neat and clean furnished accommodation, braai areas, even though we didn't use it this time, comfortable space, heated pools, the pizza das good, the staff was friendly except for the second last person we encountered (because we did not know that we needed a permit to leave the premises). Shower did not drain away quickly so you are standing in water. BED really hard. Not comfortable at all.

The Rondawels are very neat, clean and comfortable. We were quite high so very quiet. Bear this in mind when booking as it is a steep walk.

It was abit far as my mom has osteoarthritis she could hardly walk around.the games thou are a rip off you never win.

The upgraded rondawel was nice with the aircon and the beds that transform to couches that was a nice touch.the place was clean not like the last stay.

Pools abit to hot for Summer days. Need more containers for salads and snacks in kitchen.microwave to small,big plate don't fit.need dishcloths in kitchen,cleaning lady took one and left nothing.curfew to swim to early.atleast let us still swim by outdoor pools.get driving carts to take you down to pools because some chalets are far from the centre.phones in chalets inorder to call reception. No small soap or shampoo in chalets.

Poorly stocked kitchen. The high table with bar chairs for person over 65yrs. Is a no -no. We booked a place for 7 people , but very things is only 6 plates.cups ect. No oven for a big family only 1 pirex dish and 1 fruit bowel for 7 people. Stove is outdated, no number on the knobs.

Pools is lovely. Weather perfect. Staff very helpful. The view so beautiful.

The kitchen is poorly stocked for 7 persons. Only 1 pirex dish , 1glass fruit bowl. And that's it not a taperware, or extra bowel . The numbers on the stove top is off-- can't see at what number is your plate on. No oven for a large family.

The view was fantastic. The weather perfect 🥰 Allocation good. Staff come to enquire if we need anything.

The salt collecting on indoor pool walls, no wifi by our rondawel.

We loved the daily cleaning, the indoor pools were amazing, the new layout of the rondawels (which included the braai, kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom) was really comfortable and couples retreat from the Ontspan spa was well worth it. There was a cute shop for any emergency shopping like meat or canned or frozen vegetables so we didn't need to leave the resortto get any extra things. The restaurant was also very nice, friendly and great menu.

We paid R5700 for a 4 sleeper luxury bungalow but on arrival we were given a dilapidated bungalow with no air-conditioning. After complaining and demanding a refund we were then given a luxury bungalow which we initially paid for...staff should make it clear when visitors phone in to check their booking what is luxury and what is standard to avoid confusion.

We had a 5 sleeper. Sleeper couches do not have duvets. Blankets aggravated kids allergies and we returned with 2 sick boys. 😫

Enjoyed the spa baths. Kids loved the putt putt and trampoline.

Please place benches in more places so that older people may take a break during hikes. Benches for guests at entrance will also be great . The waiting period for entrance could be more flexible since many people travel distances.

Awesome resort for a truly memorable experience. Lots of activities for children and relaxation activities for adults. Scenic views each day rejuvenates the soul. Will return soon.

Day visitors made the swimming area quite full at times. There was no dedicated parking for the tennis courts. I also requested that our room not be serviced daily and yet someone entered our bungalow when we were not there.

There was enough activities to keep you entertained, swimming, billiards, Table tennis, tennis and putt putt. All pools including the outdoor pools are warm enough to just dip right in. The newly renovated bungalow is like your own apartment and has most of what you need. Convenience of a shop and restaurant on site.

We would have preferred that a shuttle could transport to pool since the distance to walk was far and stale. It's not ideal to take your car sit with wet swimming wear in car and with petrol being expensive.

The location was not too bad.. view was stunning only downfall was distance to walk. Wifi was not ideal we had to walk for signal as well away from nr 64 rondawel

Only thing was the shower in the rondawal. Very little water pressure basically dance around to get wet / to rince the soap off your body.

Overall loved the facilities, the rondawals neat and clean. Quiet and calm surroundings.

Not noting how far from the pools you are when booking. Jacuzzi is not open on a Sunday.
