Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I was disappointed by the tv at our room.It was too small and the channels were boring.
The breakfast was fantastic ,the staff was very friendly and I loved their services.

Outside the room was not kept clean. I had to ask for the staff to clean but again due to the trees amd the aircon water outlet, it keeps getting dirty equally fast. And then the many monkeys that took the joy out of my trip. Had a confrontation with them on the first day amd that made my partner not to want to go to the pool area or sit outside to get the morning or sunset feel.
Everything was great from location to facility and to the room. Very welcoming staff and the kitchen was on point. The food was really nice, from breakfast to dinner. The bar tender also did our stay great justice.

The surroundings of the hotel, the pools, the picnic area and the garden was superb. There were a lot of places where we could take nice pictures. The security officers at the gate were nice and did not give us any problem.
We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, therefore I will not comment on it. The stay was well. We were not restricted to the arrival time back to the hotel after we went out, although we did not arrive very late in the night after our adventures.

Only swimming pools. Pools need leaf catchers. Will also suggest perhaps a few other options to keep the boredom at bay like a chess area or pool table etc.
Restaurant was fabulous. Food was really good. Better than expected. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed the walks through the beautiful gardens.

The small patio outside the room was not clean sometimes. We couldn't really sit there. The other areas around the facilities are also not cleaned but they are so beautiful. It could be nice if the breakfast could vary, not the same thing for 3 days. Our shower door couldn't close properly, and the water takes long to drain while showering.
The staff was very friendly and helpful as they suggested activities for us which we absolutely loved. I loved the room we had. The bed was big and comfortable, and the pillows were big. They could improve on the maintenance of the entire garden and facilities as they have beautiful facilities and a garden that just need a little more love

Only issue i had was upon checking in other than that everything was perfect . Barry, Tenaka, Ettiene and our allocated cleaner rocked
I must say i enjoyed our allocated room, it was private . loved the menu and the pricing - 4 stars for the chef the natural beauty of the place. every morning you were greeted with monkeys or a peacock The upkeep of the place was another 4 stars

Next time I would make sure we book for a room with a bath tub and a shower not a shower only.
The outdoor area ,the serenity that the place brings with a touch of nature and countless pools really did it for us 😀
