Room service didn't replace our towels,we had to call,when they did come they locked the door with our roomkey inside,it took an hour for staff to come and unlock the door,which was not nice because we wanted to rest

The hotel is located at a perfect area of Rustenburg and makes moving around easier. It is clean has friendly staff and comfortable beds.

Well …it was a room for 2 , but there was only one towel which was a bit small and no shower caps.. so struggled a bit there

It is very nice when you are looking for a peaceful place with a more nature like setup.The staff is also friendly and welcoming. It was my second stay there and wouldn’t mind going again😀

The fact that we couldn't call the reception if we needed help in our room The change of housekeeping it took long and didn't replace back the shower caps for us

The view of the hotel as a whole it was so exceptional and interesting 👏 👌 😍 The privacy I had with my man in our room without any disturbance The security it was awesome because we could walk-around the garden without hesitant that our things will be stolen or lost...

The air conditioner in room 112 was not functioning at all kept on switching it on but nothing was happening,and the tv's set up isnt viable with the way the bed is situated...as in when one is in bed you cannot see clearly the tv only shadows it need one to stand up to watch it.

We had no water. If we had water there was no hot water.. The flooring was loud to walk on. Some TV channels wasn't so visible

Only one towel for 2 guests. The Saturday there were guests having a party near the pool and made a big noise until late in the evening.

No one showed us our room and we got lost but the family that arrived behind us was taken to their room. We were discovered by the guy that took them and expected us to know our room. Breakfast waitor could not orientate us with breakfast procedure and we waited for 20 minutes. Hot breakfast was brought while we were having cold breakfast due to no orientation and the table became too full. Waiter forgot our juice had to ask several, forgot my coffee and eventually I gave up as I did not want to be a pain anymore
