Nice room but some staff kept walking past our room. Not sure if there are staff rooms or store room. Not a major problem but would have been nicer if they didn't have to walk past.

Crestwood is beautiful, and it was a pleasure staying there. The views were absolutely phenomenal, and the rooms were comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic, staff were friendly and the manager was very polite, helpful and ensured that all our needs were met. We definitely will be visiting again. It definitely felt like home away from home.

There was not much that we didn't like. If I had to nit pick the tub in the bathroom leaked when we used it. Nothing major. Also, If you are driving there using Google maps please ask crestwood to send u a pin location as the GPS takes u to the wrong place.

This is really a hidden gem. The entire property and the views are breathtaking. Shaun and the staff were extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, full English breakfast. The pool was awesome. The room was separate from the main house. The main house is closeby with a kitchen, lounge, dining room and even a fireplace. They had games like scramble, puzzles etc. They also have braai facilities. Our room was the honeymoon suite. It was clean peaceful and spacious. The views were out of this world. There were nice restaurants nearby.

Honestly nothing to dislike, however there's a pretty rough dirt road leading to the BnB, so just make sure your shocks are good on bumpy roads :D

On top of a mountain surrounded by trees and blue skies, accompanied by an infinity pool and it was very serene. They were very accommodating to my little kitty, and I'll definitely head back there!

While our overall experience at the accommodation was satisfactory, my family observed a decline in cleanliness compared to our visit two years ago. However, we believe this is a manageable issue that can be promptly addressed. Recommending a thorough spring cleaning around the property, focusing on areas like skirtings, room and bathroom corners, shower corners, cornices, and under stairs, would ensure a higher standard of hygiene. We trust that the management will take proactive steps to address these concerns and maintain the property's overall appeal.

Minor maintenance issues can be attended to such as doors that need to close a little easier and fixed windows latches.

The location in the within the Midlands is fantastic and very central. The views are amazing and the rooms are great with a good breakfast to suit. The staff are very friendly and help to sort out any issues one may have. Will definitely visit again.
