The room gets very cold at night and the heater wasn't quite sufficient. The electric blankets helped though.

The views from the honeymoon suite are breathtaking. The room is very spacious and so is the exquisite bathroom.

Electricity overload caused the tripping of the power supply, couldn't use the heater and it was a really cold night.

The roads to access Crestwood were rough, with potholes, not anything to do with Crestwood. Like most country roads in the Midlands, driving can be a bit tricky.

Excellent location and facilities. The staff were exceptional, especially Thana, who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable.

Lack of privacy as the walls were very thin and thus we could hear the neighbors rooms dog bark most of the night 😅

The only negative is the gravel road to get to the location, as one was driving a small car. It would be beneficial if the road can be fixed to accommodate everyone.

The breakfast was nice. As for the location, the place is what one had hoped for. The quietness and therapeutic view and surroundings.

The rooms was not up to standard with the amount you pay for, there were 2 stains on my bedding, the pillowcases and bathmat was ripped, stains on the bathroom counter, shower kept clogging, dead bugs kn the bedding Overall not clean enough

Luggage trolley from the car to the rooms, Variety of breakfast options per day.

Breakfast was good on day 1 however we did not appreciate being served the same breakfast throughout the weekend.

the venue needs to be maintained, the door handles came off, the bedrooms didn't hall have side lamps and the crockery was chipped and not well stocked , no sharp knives or oven gloves, shower didn't drain in the main room

the venue itself was very beautiful and well located, liked the staff and the breakfast was very good and loved the views

Miles of gravel/stoney/potholed road not suitable for a saloon car to get to the property. Compared to the pictures online our room, which was a few minutes walk from the main house, felt like servants quarters. Had to turn the fridge off at night to get a decent night's sleep

The pool was not clean on our last day, but we used it regardless. The bath tab stopper was faulty, it was closing but it got stuck couldn’t open it to empty the water, and therefore couldn’t use it again. When I informed the staff they said they were of it
