My room had sticky marks on the bathroom sink and aswell as the bedroom table. As if it wasn’t cleaned from the previous persons stay. The bath tub was coming out brown scum which made it uncomfortable to bath in

The property over looks the dam and it is beautiful to see in the morning. It is silent and peaceful which is good for coming home from work stressed out and needing relaxation.

Guest arriving on the Friday afternoon played load music and I had to phone the owner to quiet down the music at 23h00. There was no house rule about load noise after 21h00 at night and the other guest (about 8 to 10 people) continue to scream/speak outside my unit until past 12.

There were no other options if you do not eat pork.

A few power dips, although they were short. Room was missing the TV as advertised on the website. Woke up to no hot water in my room. The staff on site did arrange for me to shower in a vacant room with a gas geyser.

Room was comfortable. Location is good and secure. Staff were helpful.

Some of the furniture is a bit old. Lapa does not have great ventilation with smoke when you make a fire.

The entire process from booking to checking in was absolutely amazing, Morne and the staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly! We are already talking about our next visit. Oom Johan who we met there was such a great host, we had the nicest few drinks with him and some other guests. It really felt like a great social experience but also with as much privacy as we wanted. Thank you so much to everyone there!

Only a hot duvet .no airconditioner, the fan only ran at full speed and was too noisy to sleep with it on. Massive gap under the door ,room 2 allows a very bright light into the room all night. No tv in the room

What a lovely place with exceptional views!! Precious was most friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. She made us feel so welcome. The braai was set with wood, ready for us to braai our meat in the evening. The outside chairs & swing chairs had comfortable cushions. Bedding was crisp white and clean. Luxury white towels and hand towels. Our own little kitchen was well kitted with a fridge, microwave, crockery & cutlery, soap, dish towels etc. The room had a bar fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, cups & rusks. Lovely breakfast set out for us in the dining room. I will highly recommend this place. Most beautiful views. In a safe estate. I will definitely stay there again! Thank you so much. Can't wait for our next visit!

Firsty, we waited for 20 minutes before they gave us the key to our room even after we notified them about our time of arrival through email as they requested.. We also didn't like the room we were given, it was not specified on bookings.com that it would be a communal living situation.We thought it would only be the bathroom that is shared, but instead we were met with a surprise that we had neighbors within the same building. It was very uncomfortable for all of us.

Everything, I was kicked out of the apartment at night, after driving for 30 minutes looking for the location. I had to drive for almost 2 hours while drunk because I had no place to sleep.

The room, no aircon , no TV, and swimming pool had some wood sticks on the bottom. Black plastic chairs not safe.

If they can have generator when electricity is gone. Because solar and batteries has little kW. We were told to sleep early due to power outage.

The breakfast was not up to standard. The hot or international breakfast must be included not to be paid separately.
