We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaI didn't like the holes on the ceiling where looks like there were / will be down lights. Am scared of spiders was hoping none will come down from the ceiling during the night. Location not too great because of the noise from the cars, busy road . Shower was bad, I couldn't use it. Was in room 3. There was no lace curtains .
I liked the friendlyness of the lady who was there, very nice, welcoming and willing to assist. Safety was perfect for me, I liked that I could park my car infront of my room

South AfricaWorst BnB experience. We arrived late after a six hour drive. The receptionist was unfriendly and didn't communicate well. There was a kitchen we could use to warm our meal but no plates were offered and we were told we could get plates in our rooms. No fridge in the kitchen too and we had to refrigerate our stuff in the receptionist's room (weird). The only positive was that there were beds available else we would have slept in a car.
