Everything in the property was spectacular. The views were amazing. The interiors are well decorated and have enough blankets to keep you warm in the winter when it gets very very cold. There are heaters and enough cutlery in the kitchen. I am already looking back to returning!

Lovely cottage. Equipped with everything you could possibly need for a few days stay. Ideally located to visit various parts of the Midlands.

I checked late at 9:00 pm local time. The host was awake and ready to welcome. The entrance gates to hotel compound were automatically operated so it was very safe. The entire place was booked but there was no noise from other guests. There was hot water available at all times. And a fire place to keep you warm. The host was always available for any help. Host permitted me to check in late and check out late too. The area around the cottages was huge and well maintained.

A super location. Charming surroundings. As a group of 5 family members, we occupied 3 cottages. Advertised here and reviews all raved about their breakfasts. On checking in I asked about our breakfast and was directed to restuarants in the area as apparently, they dont do breakfast. Misleading advertising 😔

there was no breakfast because Jennifer was away on holiday, but atleast she told us in time to buy some breakfast items and also gave us a breakfast refund.

I absolutely loved the place; we stayed at the bottom cottage which is nicely isolated with a breathtaking view of the cornfields. it's definitely a great idea if you want to get away from the city loudness.

The couches could be more comfy but it was average. Other than that, the place is perfect!

My partner an I had a beautiful stay. Our little cottage was immaculately clean. Everything about the place from the outdoors to the interior was amazing. Great for an escape from a busy lifestyle. Our host, Jennifer was very welcoming and attended to all our questions. My husband and I also enjoyed visiting Chocolate Heaven which is around 10 minutes away from the property.

Beautifully maintained gardens and lovely big unit for a self catering stay. Great place from which to explore the midlands. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a Nespresso machine. Would definitely recommend

The people next to us made a lot of noise, it sounded like they were falling against the walls, and they shouted outside our room (which seemed to be about a bug, which is to be expected of the natural nature left unharmed outside, nothing bothering us inside). The flat was exactly what I booked. The owner and staff is very nice.

The bed was so comfortable! The room was clean, tidy, all the things you could need, a dishwasher, a microwave, a gas stove, salt and pepper, sauces, milk, coffee and tee and a nesprsso machine, even fancy nice filter coffee powder... We only stayed the night as we were passing through, but it was very nice. Its country living, everything you could want and need is there!

The shower needs some maintenance. Water is either scalding hot or ice cold.
