There was nothing I disliked about the place.

I loved every bit of it. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was perfect. Very neat and beautiful. The view from our room was amazing. We could see the beach and hear the waves. It's the perfect place to relax and spend quality time with family. The pool was always clean and they even have a baby pool which my baby enjoyed splashing in. Will definitely stay here again.

The reception was such a warm welcome. Patrick was more than accommodating to our every need from an early check-in to a late check out. Despite the uncontrollable loadshedding in the South Coast, we had a fantastic stay.

Furniture in restaurant, hallway and reception was abit dated and there was no backup power during loadshedding .

Lovely , clean neat huge and comfortable. Had everything you would need in a home. The views were amazing for the price .

The furniture is a very old a revamp would be nice and a the loading shedding disturbs 2 hours of the evening solar panels should be considered or a generator.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The moved us to ground floor unit due to my husband being in a wheelchair due to a motor vehicle accident.

No fault of the establishment....load shedding occurred and i couldnt find the lamp. A bonus would have been if the restaurant was open for breakfast.

The constant loadshedding with no generator made the heat in the rooms unbearable and one of the rooms(where my mum was) she said the shower water wasn't heating but I wasn't aware while we were there. No aircons only overhead fans.

The price was reasonable and the rooms were clean and neat. It was close to wild coast and there is a shop and pub close by for convenience as well as a restaurant and game room. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The pool area was the highlight of the weekend.

I can’t really think of anything that I didn’t like, I feel from the restaurant side there’s a room for improvement in terms of their waiting time and the printing of receipts

I feel it’s only fair to say I loved almost if not everything about this establishment. it was everything I expected and more. they even had the rechargeable light to cater for loadshedding, the place has an on-site restaurant with room service and their meals are affordable. we really enjoyed our stay.

Location, atmosphere, beauty of nature. game room, jungle gym, proper pool, 1 minute walk to the beach.

Whilst we understand that load shedding is unavoidable and the new norm a tentative schedule of times would have been appreciated so we can plan,especially meals for kids. Parking is a premium inside the scheme. Sleeper couch in our unit was unusable, which was however replaced the day before we left.

The unit we booked was very spacious, comfortable with everything found. The reception staff were very helpful and always willing to assist in real time which is such a rare trait in this industry. Honestly the pictures you see you online is exactly what you get which was refreshing!. Close proximity to a somewhat private beach experience. The cleaning services and that everything was very clean.
