The scenery was amazing, nothing better than relaxing in the hot tub and seeing the farm animals in the distance do their thing, nice little walks with great views aswell. Also, really nice facilities such as the braai, comfortable bathroom as well as a nespresso machine, which isn't necessary but a really nice touch added by the owners.

The bungalow was exceptional! We celebrated our honeymoon, and they surprised us with rose petals, champagne, and a lit fireplace when we arrived. The whole farm is beautiful, and the view is absolutely stunning! The kolkol is a great place to relax on a cold winter's night.

Nothing, everything was great!

Everything was magnificent. From the stuck away location in the peaceful Hemel n Aarde valley to the spacious room and awesome wood fired hot tub. The staff were friendly and the horses, too! Nothing was too much trouble from additional towels, to extra coffee pods and glasses. The hot tub was definitely the highlight of our trip. We will be back soon!

Staying at Hemel 'n Aarde Stud farm was an amazing experience. The cabin was super cosy and had the perfect mixture of rustic charm and modern comfort. Waking up to views of the fields and horses was incredible, and we loved taking walks around the property. What a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway!

The hot tub is a bit tricky to heat up but it's something we've now mastered.

Really appreciated the small details such as many blankets/ loads of fire wood and goodies in the kitchen. The host was helpful with providing what we needed to make it a great weekend away. Would highly recommend.

The beds are not so great. Both beds in Camden and Casey-Tibbs, especially when you staying a few nights.

The property has a really beautiful view. From the mountains surrounding it, the dam, horses and the hot tub. It is a definite beautiful place and the people are amazing, especially Sue who was always willing to help incase we needed any assistance. Will definitely be coming back.

Would've loved to have a fireplace to braai instead of a gas grill (but it's just our personal preference). We were a bit disappointed that we couldn't watch the rugby in our room (but it's not a deal breaker, we're just big rugby fans).

Everything was lovely. We really enjoyed the hot tub and we loved all the sweet dogs on the farm. Loved the fact that there are electric blankets on the bed and a heater. The variety of coffee and the rusks is a very nice extra.

Absolutely beautiful. Tranquility are it's best. The little personal touches, eg, fruit in the basket, milk and water I the fridge, copious amount of coffee and tea. Not forgetting glorious bathrobes in the cupboard. The bungalow has everything you need to make breakfast.
