We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaFirstly when I arrived the room given to me was small and not up to standard. No mixers in bathroom no walk in shower and no hot water in the shower and taps. I complained just to get a bigger room with same facilities. Water was at least hot. Room service was very bad as my bed was just covered and not made properly. Breakfast was such a waste as they have very limited menu options with only Breakfast that is available no lunch and supper available. The rating of the place should have been 1 star or even 2 stars is I'm generous.
