The bathroom had a really awful smell, i would suggest that you install a bathroom fan. Air-conditioner for unit no 1 not working and the room was stuffy. The main door is hard to open and close.

Price is very reasonable and includes breakfast, which was good. The kitchen staff was friendly and helpful.The reception area is nice with beautiful safari feel decor. Security and receptionist were friendly and welcoming. Kiddies pool very nice and clean the kids had a really great time.

The Safari Tour arranged by lodge was so rushed by the driver. We never did any other activities through them. I know it's outsourced, but that is still the lodges responsibility to ensure guests get a great experience. He thought we didn't understand his language, and he ignored sightings we truly wanted to see that was being sent to him on his phone.

We had been given a larger chalet than our original booking so we didn't receive what we saw as advertised, but due to it being larger, we kept it even though much older. Staff was very accommodating, and my husband hurt his back and they even gave us a chair from the diner to help him. The cleaners took special instructions to get new sheets as when we arrived, the ones on were stuffy. Enjoyed the food and views.

The whole experience was more like I did a time jump on to another plane right in hazyview...it felt more like I was away from the world.

I liked everything but shower water that was too hot for the first 1 minute then cold for the rest of the shower duration. I could not mix to be luke warm

Accessible features for a wheelchair user could be better. There are no ramps. Walkways are narrow in places. The room was on the flat and the door wide enough for a wheelchair but once inside there were no disabled facilities.

Staff were brilliant. The Lodge have their own safari vehiles and guides. . Chadrack our guide was amazing. helping with my granddaughter and her wheelchair. He was very informative telling us all about the animals. The food in the restaurant was good and the main lodge was lovely. Our room was adequate. Beds were comfy. Everywhere was very clean. Close enough to Hazyview which had a great Mall. We had a hire car to get around in.

The only reason why i dont give a 10 is because there is no wifi in the room. And the wifi at the reception is really bad, especially in the evening

A staff member was sitting at the bar with a guest, drinking and talking loud. This was really unprofessional. We arrange a Safari, I belief their tours get outsourced. What a nightmare drive, the driver went over a stop street on a busy road with bad or no street lights. Speeding that we had to hold on to the vehicle bars. We thought we were going to die. When we arrived back at the lodge, I called him aside and told him we were not happy at all. He just shook his head as if he was not interested in our review about his driving skills. I would give this establishment a 10 but due to these negative incidents by the staff member and safari guide , decided on a 7

The room was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff, always go the extra mile to accommodate. Food was good and wine was inexpensive. Good location, value for money.

Very limted menu but food was very good No water pressure Wifi was non existent unless you stayed up at reception, even then it was spotty. One of the single beds in the family room squeaked every time my daughter moved so I was woken up a fair but.
