The staff at the restaurant was very unfriendly. One while requesting tooth picks while at the table showed us the counter where we can go & get. And on breakfast they kept on chatting without giving us any attention on placing our orders

Lighting inside room is poorly placed & shines directly into your eyes. Please check remore control batteries. Noise of trains passing through the night was very disturbing.

Beautiful premises on Crocodile River. Walking distance to very good restautant. Aircon very efficient.

Spacious chalet, clean and comfy with a view on the swimming pool and the river. Beautiful surroundings, calm and quiet place. We could see elephants across the river from the swimming pool. 3 swimming pools available, all clean. Restaurant with bar on-site. Play area for little ones. Helpful staff who organised us a game drive.

The bed and pillows weren't comfortable. The self catering rooms didn't have an oven.

The view of crocodile river was amazing. You could see atleast 3 different animals at any point in time. The pool has a very nice set up with pretty lights and day beds. Happy hour between 5-6pm was also great.

The toilet door in the chalet and the room door often got jammed together. they clashed, not well designed. the air conditioner in our unit was a little loud. It was difficult to sleep with it on. The Putt-Putt course and pool table may need some updating and fixing.

Some street lights were deliberately switched off. Maybe to create some mood. But I don't like darkness.

Everything. Every room is ensuite with Aircon. Comfortable beds. Spacious lounge. Nice kitchen. Nice veranda. Very clean river view from Chalet. Very quiet surrounding. Very safe too.

Honestly, nothing.

The place is as good as advertised, in fact I would say it is best to experience it in person. The rooms were spacious and clean - Thank you to the cleaning crew. The view of the crocodile river while resting on the poolside was breathtaking. The breakfast was excellent, compliments to the chef - Mpho did tell me your name my brother, my apologies for not remembering it, nonetheless your food was delicious. Coffee ☕ was one of the best I have ever tasted. The service rendered by the waiter and waitress, Mpho and Cindy was superb, thank you guys and keep up the awesome work. The welcome we received at the reception and the service we got on our departure was warm and professional, my apologies for not taking your names my sisters, However, we will definitely come back again and I will make sure to take your names and tell the world about your excellent professional reception service. To the Kruger View Chalets Management Teams, obviously you are doing something right - whatever it is keep doing it. God Bless.

Game drive with Jabo was not good. Did discuss with receptionist - welcome to call me if you need mote information.

Need an air conditioner in lounge area as Malelane is very hot

Unfortunately, the very loud generator ran throughout the night for 3 nights, right outside our bedroom window, and we got no sleep. While we appreciate the power during loadshedding, the noise was untolerable. It would help to build a brick wall or room around it to isolate the noise a bit. It really made it difficult to go on game drives during the day after a long evening of no rest, which did unfortunately spoil the trip. Our TV also didn't work at all. There is no signal or connection throughout our stay.

The location is unbeatable, the facilities are fantastic, the view was incredible, and Chalets were comfortable, clean, and spacious.

I loved everything about the property but had a bad experience where my credit card was charged by mistake. We made the lady at reception aware and she apologised and promised to do a refund. This was on the 27th of Jan and till now I’m waiting for my refund. This is unacceptable and has really inconvenienced my family a great deal as this is a very large amount of money. So many calls and emails later, we still waiting for refund🙄

The chalet was clean and beds very comfortable. It was facing the pool and river so we could see animals come to drink water and cool off. The breakfast was very tasty and a variety to choose from, staff very friendly as well.
