Wow wow wow. This property is just incredible. We have no words for how beautiful the house and surroundings are. So much so, we’re booking this venue for our wedding from the UK. The staff are incredibly friendly and will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The food is utterly sublime and very reasonably priced. We would 100% recommend this property! You MUST stay there if considering a vacation in the winelands!

I had the pleasure of celebrating my graduation at Ludus Magnus, and it was an experience beyond my wildest dreams! Chef Goodwin, the head chef, was on point, and the other chefs were just as amazing. Every dish was a culinary masterpiece. 🌟 Lydia and Erron hosted us so well; their kind-hearted and amazing nature made the celebration feel incredibly special. Ilaria, with her meticulous attention to detail and methodical approach, was an absolute pleasure to witness. What was supposed to be an average grad party turned into the celebration of the year thanks to their efforts. I am beyond grateful and truly wish for them to continue growing and excelling, even though they are already exceptional. Five stars are too little for the experience I had – it was a 10 million star 🌟 experience! Thank you, Ludus Magnus, for making my graduation unforgettable.

I also met the owner Ilaria who offered me to discover her wonderful domain with passion. I still can't believe everything that's been achieved, the accommodations are just stunning. I came to know this domain thanks to Love Island UK, being a big fan I wanted to spend an incredible time in this place that it made me dream so much on TV, the view with the pool and mountains is even better in reality. I had a perfect time, I recommend that everyone must have an amazing experience just like this one.

This is a hideaway away from the busy Franschhoek but still nearby. The Villa is designed very tastefully. From design lights to great paintings. Owners with a lot of taste but also a good heart. Besides the luxury and the design they safe a lot of animals. The good thing… is that we as guests can give a little bit of love to this animals. Donkeys and dog kuddles. And … the cook is great! We had an amazing curry in the evening. You just need to try it.
