The accommodation is beautifully located in a vibrant yet quiet part of town. André and Stephan have been the cutest hosts and gave us a lot of good recommendations on restaurants, activities, parking and lovely little coffee places. We will definitely come back!

We loved everything, but a recommendation would be that a hot plate could take the kitchenette to the next level to accommodate longer stays.

Great location, friendly hosts, good value, really comfy. The neighbourhood is perfect, close to all the necessities, great cafes and restaurants in the area, we felt very safe the whole time. The bar nearby shuts by 11 every night, so nothing to worry about for sleep! The parking has a security guard, just be sure to make it obvious your car is empty.

Nothing, it was all great

The hosts were absolutely lovely and so accommodating. I don't think I have ever come across hosts who are so keen to make sure you are comfortable and happy. The bed was super comfortable and everything was very clean. The area is lively, safe and very close to the main attractions and transport. If I go back to Cape Town I will definitely stay here again!

Stefan and Andre were great hosts. Very welcoming and we appreciated the extra effort of securing a parking space for the night! Perfect location in the heart of De Waterkant. Was a great stay just too short!

I’ve been to Cape Town many times and this is one of the nicest neighborhoods I’ve stayed in. Very good vibe, safe, lots of coffee places/restaurants in neighborhood. Our plane was late but our gracious host Stephan greeted us at 1.00pm with a big smile. Comfortable bed, spacious. I would definitely stay there again

Homely, with all I needed for my stay in a vibrant, safe and friendly neighbourhood. Short walking distances to the nearby mall, a variety of excellent eateries and restaurants and a great base for wandering down to the V&A Waterfront etc. Most of all, Andre was the perfect host, always on hand to advise and offer help if needed. Loved my stay at ManandaTree!
