The remote area affixed with different clusters of rooms. The swimming pool was a common area for all clusters and distance from the room.The is so much space that atleast a pool could be place in the centre of each cluster.

Modern comfort meets remote farm life. The shower was strategically place by the corner with so much space one could call it a rest shower.All shower head nozzles functioning. The kitchenette was well furnished and perfectly placed.

Events planning lady. Rude Club house booking rules inconsistent. You book and pay for a private venue yet other guests are still permitted to join you by the pool side.

The other owners behaviour towards employees he needs to change his way of addressing them and learn to talk to them politely so they are also humans.

The breakfast was really good and that we were serving our self that's a top tier for us and also friendly staff they must just keep it up but what I didn't like about the other tall white guy he doesn't know how to address employees there he was shouting at them so he must change his behaviour towards black people unfortunately I didn't get his name but the short white guy was friendly

They closed the big pool at 19:00 even when we are guests.

No air conditioning in the main living area

Everything!! We ended up extending our stay for a few days. The place is really inclusive, food and alcohol is served. We looooved the pool area. The restaurant stuff were sooo helpful. The guy at reception was sensational. The owner was also involved and he was really amazing

The TV screen is very small. There is no coach in the room.

Seeing cockroaches in my room every night was the worst. Second to that would be not having cutlery in the room was provided on request :) but basic kitchen items are essential like a dish cloth or dish soap - I can imagine that not being provided because the ladies come and clean each morning but the dirty dishes contribute to the ants, flies and roaches.

The lovely room setups having an AC in all rooms was the best part. Also the clean pools

The sitting room was so hot it was unbearable to sit in. They need to have sockets that are charger friendly. Coming from a different country we only had 1 adaptor use to charge all our devices. Most places have charging points. Need more bins or bins in the bedrooms and bedside tables. Only 1 remote for the aircons in the bedrooms.

Since it's right on the mountain, we had a bit of a spider and ant problem, and I'm deathly afraid of spiders so that affected my experiences a bit.

I loved the serene energy on the property. Very peaceful..
