They need to hire an interior designer, the rooms have enough space but are plain, the bed is uncomfortable and the inside seems to be in construction, everything was not appealing and very uncomfortable, the lighting is bad no wonder there are no room pictures on Booking.com and also when i booked it said i will get a room with a mountain view but i was shown something else and asked to pay R1100 if i want a room with a view. They also need to invest is linen perfume or something because the linen was clean but did not smell good.

The place is still under renovation. Seemed unsafe. Door lock not working properly. TV not working. Remote controls batteries not there. Ambience poor. Bed linen not very clean. Parking inadequate. Access to parking and rooms difficult.

I did not stay there. I left a few minutes after checking in. I requested a refund. They said I should request it from Booking.com. Can I please be refunded.

There were no toiletries in the room, no water, no kettle, no cups no glasses. The room was just more like a hostel. The parking was horrible. I was asked to come and remove my car for others to go out. I asked for hand soap.and it took them over an hour to bring it, something they could have had in the room before we arrived

I had to wait for other people to leave before we could check in. Instead of checking in at 2,we were able to go to our room at 6..There was no coffee for breakfast. There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room. No wardrobe in our room. No table in our room. There are other two swimming pools that looked dirty.

Just a room for improvement from the owners, Inside the room ceiling paiting is peeling off, No user friendly plug to charge phones( plug faulty need to be adjusted to oneside for it to work, no 2 pin plug on plug) toilet window got no handle to close. Otherwise the place is beautiful.

I was very uncomfortable about the place all together and therefore did not stay. Place was not clean and room allocated was not what we booked and saw online. We would like a refund

We did not stay in the property. It was not neat the room we were given had a broken headboard, towels were old and the room was dusty and walls not in good condition. We were allocated a room we had not booked and advised that’s all they had available. We communicated that we are uncomfortable and not happy about the place and the lady just said it’s non refundable.

I didn't like that it was steep, not easy to walk to the were we parked or the gate. Also the shower of our room had no doors or curtain, water splashed everywhere.

I liked how welcoming and friendly everyone was, we were comfortable like at home. Its a nice quiet place to chill at. The pool was also clean.
