We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaAll round building/facility still has alot of work however has alot of great potential. Our room door could not lock from the outside, however (Thapelo - caretaker) ensured safely of our property. Upon arrival, the place did not have an intercom service and had to wait afew minutes at the gate till we could get ahold of the owner for them to send someone to open the gate for us. That was a high security risk for us considering the area is a quiet suburb. Breakfast was pre-prepared and served without any enquiry for how/what we would like. I believe that could have alot of wastage in future visits.
The views and pool side areas were awesome. Thapelo the caretaker was the star of show, he made the stay even most comfortable.

The host and staff were friendly. They helped us carry our bags to the rooms and ensured we had a very comfortable stay. The rooms were big enough and spacious. The pools were amazing. The breakfast was filling and delicious.

Some amenities were not available for use like the outside pool, had issues with the geyser on the first night so we couldn't bath. The TV and WIFI was not working, we couldn't even use private accounts to access streaming platforms because the WIFI wasn't available.

South AfricaEverything that’s on bookings isn’t at the actual place, the place is a total fraud, the owner is super rude when handling complaints, there’s no staff, the safety of cars is very limited, the pools are not working the heated pool isn’t working, there’s construction going on in the building next to the rooms, when we requested a waiver fee the owner said she’d accept it but she later declined when we left the property and refused to refund us, she lied to our faces, I’d never ever recommend this place to anyone.

Another couple had also complained and wr all had left 30min after arriving. Pools weren't working. It didn't feel safe. We asked for a refund and we were met with threats.

Considering the condition of the guesthouse, I must emphatically recommend giving this one a wide berth if you value any semblance of comfort or quality during your trip. Spare yourself the unpleasantness and seek alternative accommodation with more class and better standards.
The property was in a deplorable state, overwhelmed with clutter ranging from broken down cars and construction debris to shattered chairs and dangling electrical cables. Adding to the misery, they used a wine cooler as a makeshift fridge.
