Water was not there on Sunday morning but everything was back to normal after we made a call for help Our room was closer to the main road "William Nicol Drive" sounds of cars was just too much especially in the morning

I didn't like the fact that both nights that we stayed there ...the water got cut off.m, the pressure wasn't good in the shower, the door handles were broken when we got to the room , then we decided to cook and the stove was not working , and the staff had to move us to another room which was not what I expected ..as I had paid for a room with a sleeper couch which the 1st room had the second room they had to squeeze that sleeper couch in and then it didn't fit and I did mention it to them and then the space in thr room got smaller due to it not fitting , also I was not even compensated for any of the inconveniences that we incurred on our stay and we traveled from Durban

The sheet I slept on was torn. The breakfast was ok but doesn't come with a drink. Had to pay for a glass of juice. Disappointing.

There was some show at night that wasn't communicated to us when booking and it was very loud for half the night.

The hotel looks very nice newly renovated and the spa awas great.

There were no halal foods ,so we had to drive out to get food .. at night the staff would talk outside which was disturbing my sleep ..

The electric blankets were an absolute pleasure .. I was impressed with the fact that the TV was still in use during loadshedding .

Positive criticism: Please use fitted and flat sheets. Check linen for tears and worn linen the duvet cover in Room 9 was torn. Maybe also firm and soft pillows so the guest can choose. Restaurant: Please investigate here as the service was not up to standard.

Close to the venue and secure. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The overall look of the rooms compliments to the designer.

I didn't like that the stoves shown are disconnected. We couldn't use ovens but they did explain that was because they now introduced restaurant. But I wish they can update that or let us know when booking but the place was superb I don't wanna lie.

The place so nice The stuff very nice people even the cleaning ladies. Definitely a home away from home. So clean and all things in a very good condition. Toilets and shower are part of the bed room... Some Electrical plugs are not working... No telephone to contact reception... No Lift only stairway

This is a beautiful Hotel but there are a few amenities that are lacking. When we arrived there were hardly any drinks available at the restaurant due to a model show/event. The food menu is also lacking and we did not find anything we liked so went to MonteCasino. The garden is unfinished and distracted from the beautiful interior of the hotel. As a hotel i’d expect to have a face cloth available to be able to wash my makeup off. The hotel didn’t have any. When we asked for more towels the staff seemed reluctant to give them to us but did so eventually. Also there was no hand soap or shampoo available nor any dish washing liquid for the dishes, and the body wash and conditioner were in random little bottles. Not enough for 2people and Could have been better presented. My partner planned a marriage proposal for me and had the room decorated but he had a very hard time arranging it with the staff which detracted from the experience. For the price charged there could have been real rose petals added or a rose bouquet. Some of the electric candles didnt work either. The coffee machine was broken we had to order coffee in. No milk in the room and the ricoffy sachets that were available were not nice. For the price i’d expect nescafe. We had to ask at reception for a hairdryer and plug adapters to be able to charge our phones and dry my hair. Would have been nice to have it and not have to go down to reception each time. It would have been nice if bath robes were available.

Samantha in the restaurant is an absolute sweetheart. The front desk staff were lovely too.

It’s very close to the Montecasino and Fourways malls. The hotel is very clean and the personal is very caring…it was an amazing weekend and definitely going back next month. The room are very clean and modern exactly as the pictures and the personal was always there to help with a smile. I loved it!!

All was good except the vehicles traffic noise from the outside- sound proof is an urgent requirement, we could hardly sleep. The blue lights in the mirrors are such a disturbance in the dark.

The location was exceptional, close to all the ameneties and highway.
