We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room setup was perfect for a family of 4. The pool was clean and the kids enjoyed swimming.

South AfricaIn the evening at dinner, one if my lamb chops was raw, the lady who was attending to us did not have much knowledge about what was in the menu vs what was in the kitchen. And, no mention of dessert was made. I miss the old Magoebaskloof hotel.
The staff at the bar were exceptional. When they didn't have what l wanted, the barman suggested an alternative drink which was pretty good.

South AfricaThe towels had stains seemingly from just being old. The shower tap was very hard to open but they came to assist. We arrived at 14:06 but the rooms were not ready which led to us running late to attend to the reason why we were there. There is a need for upgrades in the rooms. We booked a room with two beds but we were given one with one bed.
