No soap / shampoo in the bathrooms. No info leaflet. Shower curtains stained. Shoddy tiling in bathroom. Shower in bath too short for tall people.

Breakfast was excellent. One of the more beautifull views in the area.

the place it’s nice I just despoiled the don’t have backup for load shedding it’s a big property the should have back up. the also doesn’t have shower gel nothing to bath at bathroom at least small form bath,shower jel at least because the water it’s not white it was brownish,

The water was shocking - clearly dirty, we were (only once) given bottled water. But water out the taps were not suitable even for bathing.

Carpets is old need replacement. The smell can easily trigger sinus and allergy.

the food, dissatisfied! the receptionist was very rude on us because we didn’t bring along an ID and had to wait for longer

Check in was late, as can be expected for season. The hotel is old, and it does show, but we were perfectly pleased with our room. Wifi not available in our room.

The staff is so patient and diligent in their work. They know how to manage a messed up situation. They are friendly and focused

Room 028. Had just one toilet roll and lotion only. The fan/aircon was not working. TV signal is bad. I made a booking and only told that the room I was booked for doesn't even work and luckily someone who booked room 028 canceled

The breakfast was terrible- no beef sausage for people like my family who don't eat pork. Only 2 types of cereal were available. Lack of variety. Insufficient staff as there was no one to remove the used plates after use.

The room setup was perfect for a family of 4. The pool was clean and the kids enjoyed swimming.

In the evening at dinner, one if my lamb chops was raw, the lady who was attending to us did not have much knowledge about what was in the menu vs what was in the kitchen. And, no mention of dessert was made. I miss the old Magoebaskloof hotel.

The staff at the bar were exceptional. When they didn't have what l wanted, the barman suggested an alternative drink which was pretty good.

The towels had stains seemingly from just being old. The shower tap was very hard to open but they came to assist. We arrived at 14:06 but the rooms were not ready which led to us running late to attend to the reason why we were there. There is a need for upgrades in the rooms. We booked a room with two beds but we were given one with one bed.

The towels were not so clean,it has a lot of spots, the breakfast was not tasty at all especially the scrambled eggs they were Tasteless

The view is great,the staff is exceptionally excellent,the massage treatment was the best
