Location, right at the Central Beach, easy for joining marine ecotours downstairs. I have to commend them for their flexibility during the pandemic when there was no flights for me to go there. After communicating with them, they refunded me and so now I can come and indeed come back! Breakfast /cleaning ladies are lovely and the reception staff are both very nice.

The room we received was not in line with how much we paid - it was only a bed and bathroom, no other amenities and the window opened out onto a staircase, so no view at all. The tap didn't have hot water, though the shower did for a while. Very very basic room, which would be absolutely fine if the price matched that. Whilst a 24-hour reception is not advertised on booking, we were surprised at some points during the day when the front door was open and no-one at reception, given that it is in the most central area.
The location was amazing, very close to the beach and the main activities (eg whale watching) start from just outside. The breakfast was tasty. The staff were friendly. Tea and coffee available in the lobby.

South Africa3 ReviewsPoorIt is not really "beachfront" location, you have to cross a (noisy at times, loud pedestrians etc) road and a large parking lot to get to the beach. The name is misleading. TV is mounted on a pillar in the middle of the room, to get from the RH side of the bed to the door or bathroom...one is bound to bump one's head (badly) on the TV....

The rooms are also quite small and not easy to tell what room you get based on the images uploaded.
Breakfast was great! The location was perfect - walking distance to Central beach. The space was clean and the honesty system for drinks was nice.
