We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BotswanaNot fault of the premises, fellow lodgers very inconsiderate towards people in the rooms. Had loud people up and down passages from11.30pm to 2am. Walls of rooms are paper thin - can hear EVERY SINGLE THING going on in the room next door. Didn't stay the 2nd night due to no sleep. Towels in rooms need replacing - they are no longer white, but cream in colour, can be mistaken for being dirty.
Staff were Great, and every single staff member that passed you - either on shift or off, greeted you.

Eventually we were told that they will give us someone's room which I was not happy about but what other choice did I have cause I had already paid and it was too late .
