The Bedrooms 215 we slept but feel very unsafe. Dont like the door to the other room. Unprofessional and not very keen to stay in. We couldn't sleep very noisy. Some group of people smoke dagga on the premises unprofessional as I was with kids.

Paying extra for early check-in.

I appreciated the hosts allowing me an early check-in "at a fee, of course." we were tired from driving for hours and just needed to rest. Our room was spacious and clean. The best part about my stay was the exceptional service of reception staff, especially Phila. I'm grateful for the extra mile you put on, fixing my loyalty rewards matter. I'm also thankful to the room service staff for extra towels, thank you for making our stay warm and comfortable.

Dirtiest room ever. Dirty towels, hand towel had stains on but folded so nicely. The bedding did not look clean, coffee station dirty. The toilet was the worst with a broken door handle, the toilet had urine stains on it. The floor was not mopped. I would never recommend anyone to book there ever!!!

The bathroom didn't have a fresh smell, and there was some leakage behind the toilet. The water pressure on the shower was weak. Would have appreciated if booking.com would have deducted my payment prior to my arrival. Hence, they normally do that upon my bookings, but this time, it didn't happen that way. Had to pay upon my arrival Overall, I'm ok. I guess it's errors that can be rectified I thank you

We had to order our meals and drinks from town restaurants because the restaurant and bar facilities were not operational. There was no enjoyment of room service. The hotel floors at the hotel entrance need to be revamped with bright inviting colours. The cleaning staff must also take time to clean the balcony; they were so dirty. The swimming pool not big enough to allow for different swimming variations

The place was dusty, the stairs especially, the pool was dirty the whole time during our stay. The pool was too small with limited resting chairs The toilet paper was not soft. The towels were not soft
