Still water could have been provided in the room for all the days off or stay. It was only provided on the 1st day.

It was the perfect location to the Kruger. We saw 4 of the big five and we were only there for 1 day.

Everything was extraordinary! After spending the week staying in KNP, this hotel on our last day was heavenly! The staff and facilities was extremely beautiful. The buffet..out of this world..catering for all cultures and cuisines. Everything was worth tasting!🎉

A longer stay

Service and the food was amazing with so many options to choose from. The views from the swimming pool where to die for. The Massage we had was amazing and great value for money.

The dinner and breakfast are open buffet. The location is great, very close to the gate.

The food menu -m and variety was brilliant. The quality of the meat was very good, not exceptional. But I am being very picky here...

While we were close to the front gate at Kruger, there were some limitations in that we couldn’t access the park before certain hours and we had to be out by certain hours. We also had to pay a recurring fee and fill out paperwork when entering the park. It wasn’t always convenient but the hotel staff and food made its location forgivable.

The food was amazing!!! The staff were wonderful!!! The rooms were very comfortable.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, the facilities were excellent, the included dinner was very enjoyable and in a great setting, and the staff were all very friendly. The location is also excellent. Very good value for money. We will definitely visit again.

Everything!! Staff was super friendly, food was really good, location was PERFECT! Able to see elephants, impalas and other animals from the deck!! Perfect for chilling! Safaris provided by the hotel are top and still Staff was able to booked us shuttles to the park to other safaris!

We visited the hotel in the past and were excited for the new management and developments at the hotel, unfortunately the Lapa Buffett is still a huge disappointment.

cappuccino on the viewing deck in the morning would be nice. Had to wait in the queue with all the guest going out on safari.

Game drive was average, but every other aspect of our stay was great.

Having spent 3 weeks in KNP, it was refreshing to stay at a well run, comfortable and hassle free accommodation. All staff are outstanding and go the extra mile. Truly exceptional service at a very reasonable price. Thank you

I didn’t like that we had to ask our rooms to be cleaned as it was 13h00 the afternoon and our rooms was still dirty and no one was there to clean or deliver fresh towels etc.

The breakfast is amazing. I love a buffet breakfast that has a variety to choose from. The location is absolute bliss. It is a safe environment and the staff is friendly.

Bed wasn’t that comfy considering how good everything else is.

Friendly staff who clearly enjoy working there, great breakfast and dinner included in the price. Pool was amazing - we saw a herd of elephants go by whilst swimming. Day spa was seriously amazing - best massage! In the middle of the massage, a hippo went past the massage room.

The hotel is in an amazing location and the hotel is pure luxury. I loved sitting near the outdoor bar and watching the elephants and hippos drinking and eating. The food is excellent and with the pre arranged safari tours. Highly highly recommended

For the bathroom in the chalet, it would have been great if it had a shower option the bath, as 6 of us were all queuing for shower each time. A shower option in Bath too would have been perfect.

Incredible facilities, superb location and setting, staff were fantastic - so polite, friendly and accommodating. The chalet we stayed in was great.
