Dinner was ala carte. I didn't enjoy anything. I had rib eye steak (it was so tender but flavour was a let down) , i had fish(no flavour as well) , i had tacos, i had chicken drummetes.

I loved the service. Everyone was so kind. Everything was so clean. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Every single thing was delicious. Beautiful views. Everything is beautiful.

It would be a good idea to actively attract more SA clientele. Does feel a little exclusive (and is thus empty). There are many ways of doing this and the reasons for doing this have shown great results in the nearby game lodges (especially during COVID). Your wine list and prices need serious attention. Expand your wine list and introduce and showcase a wider variety of our SA wines which are far more affordable.

It was great to have the buffet breakfast as the last time we went in May (2oth - 22nd) it was a la carte. the staff are very helful, super friendly and the views and spaces are really lovely.

Though not as intense, there was a foul odour in the bathroom. It seems to emanate from the shower drain or perhaps something similar. Room 223

It’s close to the road, so it’s kind of hard to sleep peacefully when cars are passing through the street/road.

Location: if you want to do game drive inside Kruger national park. I would advise you to choose other hotels near Orpen gate. Room service: after our full day game drive, we always opted in room service for dinner. It took them close 2 hours to get our order that one day. (They were overwhelmed with a group of people at the main restaurant.)

We really liked the property, it’s really new. Well constructed. Breakfast was fantastic. Good views of the mountain. We had good time at the Pegasus bar.

The safari was not worth the money….lione’s car was not comfortable…it was old and scary and we ddnt even see the animals…only buffalo 🦬 elephants 🐘 🥺🙁

The fact that room service woke me up at 12:45am with a knock,it seems they had mistaken my room for another room that ordered room service.Also,the fact that house keeping seems to ration rooibos tea and brown sugar in the rooms,there's either none and you have to ask and if you ask you never get enough no matter how specific you were when you asked.Essentially,I was calling reception to ask for teabags everytime I wanted to have a cup of tea in my room.Finally,the rooibos brand in the restaurants tastes like soap,it is terrible.
