I knew that they didn’t have beverages included in the package, but not having water available on the breakfast was a let down for me. Also, the shower being outside because it was really cold - bathtub doesn’t have shower in it.

The stay was amazing, the staff was super friendly and Sidney, our ranger, was the best ever. Room was super comfort and the view was beautiful. Food was also really good and they had a kids menu for those that are picky eaters.

Everything was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The food was incredible and all the staff was proffesional and very friendly. Our game ranger ( Never ) was amazing and had extensive knowledge of the game and he made sure we had some great sightings!!!

I can't find anything to fault them on. The only irritating thing was other guests that was not on time for the game drives and made the entire vehicle start the drive late. I would suggest a "you snooze you loose" policy.

The overall experience was lovely. The food was great, we got breakfast, lunch and dinner and it was very tasty with good portions. Our Safari Game Drives was awesome, we had the best guide and he did his best to show us all the animals we wanted to see. The overall drives was great and we enjoyed the full Bush experience!

The desserts can maybe be better.

The wifi reception was good. The Starters and Main courses were delicious The guide (Never) was very informative and a pleasure to have as a guide. The accommodation was beautiful and comfortable It was a very good experience

Everything was great to ensure comfort, but little maintenance in the rooms and public area could use some attention.

The game guides were very knowledgeable which made the experience of exploring Pilanesberg. The general hotel team was good at attending to one's needs for comfort.

Nothing - if I want to try and find something, maybe they should consider investing in a small library of books for guests to read during the day between activities.

Rooms are fantastic and super comfortable. Personal touches on first evening welcoming drink, valet services and champagne in room shows of exceptional level of service. The food and service is outstanding and worthy of the 5 star rating. Personnel all very friendly and helpful with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. Game drives a pleasure and guides extremely knowledgeable and animals and the surrounding. Definitely worth a visit!!

Staff was extremely welcoming. Great location and under 2 hours drive from Johannesburg. The rooms and services provided was top class. This was a great escape in celebrating my Wife`s Birthday and the staff went all out to make our stay memorable. Planning to bring our kids during our next visit.

Amazing! The hotel itself was lovely and the rooms were perfect…really spacious and clean. Outdoor shower was a really nice feature. The food was lovely and there was plenty of it! you will not go hungry. Our safari driver Sydney was incredible. So knowledgable and made sure we had a such a fun time. We saw 4 out of the big 5 which was amazing. The staff were unbelievably helpful. They couldn’t do enough for you and were so so kind. The spa was also amazing and worth booking into for some treatments.
