South Africa4 Reviews“As a 4 star hotel I expected better only redeeming aspect of this hotel is its location and 2 members of staff who were”Had two incidents, 1st was a a person tried to gain access to my room. 2nd was when I was sleeping gained access and left. The room that I booked, garden facing was not allocated to me, received a room that faced a wall. Further there were multiple faults with the room I had, blocked shower drain, leaking sink, electrical plugs were not working. Really not worth the price

Qatar4 Reviews“It was awful!”Air conditioners didn't work - moved to three rooms. Initial room allocated was possibly the worst room in the hotel - even though they were not full. But probably one of the few rooms where the a/c did work. But it was below ground level with no light. No mattress protector, bottom sheet too small, single pillows with another rock hard small cushion.
Sibusiso at the front desk was wonderful as was Sethu in the dining room. They are worth their weight in gold.

The staff are very friendly, they made the whole check in process very quick and easy.

Room was very dusty. Plug points didn’t work properly. Breakfast was absolutely shocking. Had to return mine. Really sad because it’s such a nice property and the stuff have a great smile just completely mismanaged

South Africa1 review“Not happy with our stay ☹️☹️☹️☹️”I asked for a sheet my bed had one sheet to put on a bed cause wow l had one sheet and mattress then duvet cover no mattress cover the sheet was too small .asked for house keeping came a gentleman who told me it’s done like that one sheet per room he doesn’t promise me anything . Definitely he didn’t even bother to come back and give me the feedback. I was willing to make my bed up but I had to endure cause I had brought my husband for his birthday and didn’t want to spoil it with complaints.The receptionist was to tired did not even want to get the pay point machine.Basin leaking the whole time.Food was just bland ordered a platter fish was dry like a toast of bread no tartar sauce, no lemon meat balls were like eating something that doesn’t have a name . No l will not go back or recommend any other person or company. The thing is l let most of the things slide which l did not mention them now
