The appliances and comfort of the place was not good. For example the television was of a poor quality and small given the price of the place and the reputation of the hotel, this was disappointing. In order to change the television channels from the bedroom, you had to go to the lounge to change it and the sound quality was poor. The comfort of the place was disappointing given the reputation of the hotel and the fact that its a luxury hotel. For example, there was no coffee making machine with coffee pods etc , it was a standard old filter coffee maker and kettle. There was no milk sachets , only the milk creamer which you would expect at such a luxurious hotel.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was excellent and the cleanliness, furniture and staff were excellent. The pool area both indoor and outdoor was great too.

The hotel is getting a little old and in need of a refresh. Rooms need a refresh. For the high price you pay you expect a more equipped room ie a good quality hair dryer in each room, shampoo and conditioner etc. Staff could be more friendly. No towels provided at pool. No room service menu in room.

The unit was neat, clean & comfortable. The dining table really needs attention, very unstable. If you sit at any end, you can't lean on the table because it lifts up

Location was great, easy access to the mall & Nelson Mandela Square. Breakfast was ok, each morning that we had breakfast there was some food item that was not available. It would have been nice if staff told us upfront what was not available so we knew what not to order.

Room service wasn't available after 10pm, which is when you need it.

The one bedroom suite was well-sized and comfortable. Staff were friendly at reception. The bed was comfortable and the living space was reasonably furnished (not luxuirious but good).

1- The breakfast is not buffet, you will chose from the menu and you will wait at least 1 hour to get your breakfast so if your driver will come at 10:00am be in the restaurant 1:30 minutes before . 2- swimming pool depth 50cm , my 6 years boy walking inside the pool. 3- you can stay in Sauna 2 hours without feeling hot just warm , I don’t know why , increase the Sauna heating , because this is Sauna. 4- last night I bought things to eat it instead to lose my time in the breakfast and because I don’t like the breakfast style and choices , when I wanted to heat my Sandwich, I found microwave doesn’t work 🤦🏻‍♂️

Location was nice connected to the mall , and in safe area Bed was comfortable , security procedures are nice.
